The main level great room is crisp and bright— with high ceilings and a wall of windows facing the open sea. The bright Texas coast sunshine illuminates the entire space. Two overstuffed royal blue sofas face each other and create a lovely space for conversation and kicking back. Armchairs provide additional seating while the flatscreen television over the fireplace makes it easy to host a family Netflix night. A brand new dining table has oceanview seating for eight people and is highlighted by a modern, metal-work chandelier. Through the sliding glass doors lies the spacious, ocean-facing deck.
In the kitchen, the pristine white cabinets have charming beadboard inlays, and the peninsula island has bar seating for four. Black quartz countertops and a blue glass tile backsplash add chic style. The whole gang will enjoy hanging out here in the mornings over fresh OJ and banana bread as you plan your beach day or perhaps a fun family day trip to the Galveston Strand.
Off the living area, a bright and breezy bedroom has a king-size bed made up with fresh, white linens. Weathered wood furnishings, a shell chandelier, and a sliding door leading out to the deck add to the beachy vibe. A full attached bathroom has a tub/shower combo.
On the third floor, the master suite is massive. Sink down into the luxe king-size bed after a long day on the water. Flowing white curtains frame the large windows that look out over the ocean. The master bathroom has a double vanity and a step-in shower with a glass door and detailed tile work. A second bedroom on the third level has two queen-size beds, a flatscreen television, access to the deck, and an ensuite half bathroom. A laundry nook lies just around the corner. The third bedroom has two full-over-queen size bunk beds and an attached bathroom with a step-in shower.
Up on the sky-high fourth level, a fun bunk room and hang out space is tucked under the sloped ceiling. Two twin-over-full futons, a futon sofa, slouchy bean bag chairs, and a flatscreen television will be a hit with the kiddos and the video game fans.
On the ground level, a built-in bar faces the Gulf of Mexico and is illuminated by festive pub lights. Mix up a batch of frozen margaritas and settle in at one of the Adirondack-inspired bar stools. Serve some juicy burgers or a fresh catch of the day straight from the charcoal grill, then roast some s’ mores for dessert. For a stress-free beach day, the Indian Beach access point is a quick walk down the lane. And for an afternoon of fun or an evening on the town, Pleasure Pier and the Galveston Strand are a short drive away. Coastal Haven is a grand beach retreat with something for everyone.

The house was great. Very clean with nice furnishings. We especially enjoyed the patio furniture while watching the sunset. A new house has been built on the first row, directly in front of this house, but the ocean views are still good. The host was great and provided a list of local restaurants. This is a great place if you have a big family and you’re wanting to stay on the quiet end of the beach.
very good
Loved it!!
I enjoyed my stay here. I had a unfortunate incident occur before our stay, but I was not able to cancel my stay. Regardless, it was nice to have a getaway at a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. The beach was right in front of us and overall, everybody enjoyed.
The house is clean and bright, lots of steps to walk up to the front door of the house. Access to beach the a bit inconvenience. Part of that everything is good
Pretty nice place to spend family time near the beach, especially for big family.
The house was great! We were thankful for cozy beds. It was a great location and Natalie sent a great list of local recommendations that was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!
This was such a wonderful home and we truly enjoyed staying here. Natalie was a super host and has kept the property really neat. Also was accommodating to extend the checkout time by some time since we had kids. Would have loved to extend by another day.
The house is comfortable with wide lovely views of the gulf. The beds and linens were cozy and the rooms were nicely decorated. The teenagers in our group loved the long bar downstairs with all of the outdoor bar chairs.
Such a great place! We had the best visit- the house is clean and so close to the beach. We all slept well and truly enjoyed ourselves! Thank you so much!
