With sleeping space for 16 guests— plus two master suites and a separate hang out space for the kids— there’s enough comfy square footage for everyone to kick back and find some privacy. A large, tropical outdoor space is perfect for pets and small children. With a barbeque area, outdoor shower, and a short walk to the beach, this home is pure Texas vacay bliss.

Parking: We have parking for up to 6 vehicles. Contact owner about oversized vehicles.

Pet Policy: Up to 2 pets are welcome in our home with a $25 fee per pet. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren’t left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel.

Other Rules - Guests must be 24+ to book the property. - One-night stays must be approved. - Groups larger than 8+ would need to be approved. We love hosting church groups, family reunions, etc., but do not allow parties. - Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. - Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost. - All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel. - No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied. - Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team. - Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
