Thankfully, we have some amazing properties with even more amazing pools ready to help your family beat the heat. These aren’t just any pools though. They’re your children’s laughter-filled playground, the backdrop for your poolside BBQ, and the chill-out spot when the sun sets. Who knows, your next vacation to the Galveston area might not involve a beach at all! Here are a few of our favorite pooltastic properties.
Las Palomas
Located on a sprawling private estate, this home is one of the most luxurious homes on Galveston Island. With 7 bedrooms and 3 .5 baths, Las Palomas is perfect for larger families to really spread out and enjoy their own space. But this is a list about amazing pools, and Las Palomas delivers on that and then some. This saltwater pool is steps from the back door and boasts a stunning waterfall formation that drips down into the pool, creating a peaceful audio experience to accompany the laughs and shrieks of joy. Cannonball into the water and enjoy the sun while making use of the grill to cook up some poolside barbecue. Live the life of luxury at Las Palomas!
Cannonball Cove
Located in San Leon, a quiet suburb 20 minutes away from Galveston Island, Cannonball Cove boasts one of the largest pools in the area. Have you ever visited a community swimming pool and wished that you had it all to yourself? Well that dream is a reality when you stay here! This 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is very unique in that it has 2 areas to sleep in. One is the main house shown in this picture, but behind the swimming pool on the other side is a converted barn that houses a large game room with arcade machines, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. The perfect space for the little ones to run around and play while the adults soak up the sun by the pool! And with it still being so close to Galveston and even League City, you’re never too far removed from some great restaurants and nightlife activities. Cannonball Cove is truly a treasure worthy of a pirate king!
Casa Oceana
Located on a large plot of land on Galveston Island, Casa Oceana is a fun and unique mesa style home with one of the best pools and theming of anything in our portfolio. This 6 bedroom, 3 bathroom mansion is equipped with large open concept living areas and a large game room right by the pool perfect for spending quality family time together. Like others on this list, the backyard pool area has a grill primed and ready for serving up some burgers and dogs as you splash your day away. Casa Oceana is your next family vacation destination!
Tranquil Bay
Located close by Cannonball Cove in San Leon, Tranquil Bay is the most unique pool we have to offer. People say that everything is bigger in Texas and that includes the thrills and excitement! This Texas shaped pool is a part of a bayfront home and is great for lounging out and taking in amazing views of the bay from the comfort and privacy of your backyard. But something we love even more is sitting around the firepit under the night sky making smores and reminiscing with friends and family. This 4 bedroom home also has 2 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms allowing everyone to spread out before coming together for some poolside pleasantries! Experience tranquility at Tranquil Bay!
Bayside Ranch
Located in La Porte, this massive 8 bedroom, 5 bathroom home is one of the largest homes we have to offer. And with a home this big we knew we needed to offer an amazing backyard. Step outside and marvel at the massive private pool, the fire pit, and the palapa perfect for enjoying a warm Summer day under. This bayfront beauty is one of our favorites and is perfect for large gatherings such as church groups and family reunions. Gather round the pool and splash away your days at Bayside Ranch!
