“Our family group of 10 had a very comfortable, enjoyable stay at BeachBox. There was a great space for family dinners and games, and everyone had good space and comfortable beds to sleep in. We were there towards the end of October, but the pool was a little too chilly to swim in.”

“The location is close to Kemah Park. Plenty of restaurants in the area. The house cleaning people were leaving just as we arrive for our check time. They did an excellent job on the entire house. The set up of the lay out was perfect, plenty of room. As the weather was in the 90's so the pool was such a plus, spent most our relaxing time in the pool. Also, the fire pit and grill were an added plus. As with any rental there were a very few issues as far as minor repairs but weren't a concern. Highly recommend!!!”

“It was a much anticipated family vacation and what a beautiful home with pool to really enjoy each other. We like to come back together in Texas once a year and having fun together. House is supplied with everything we needed to make ourselves feel right at home. House was spotless. Austin/Conroe/Houston family members all were able to get together with ease and make memories. There are some signs of wear and tear with several of the window shutter slats being broken, some scuffs and marks on the walls and furniture, and the bed frame in the master bedroom is very loose, but overall no issues whatsoever. Check in was easy and efficient. The pool was a wonderful amenity. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again!”

“The process was easy. The house was very clean and neat. The location was very close to the boardwalk. The host was responsive and took care of any issues with the house quickly. Plenty of extras in the kitchen and bathrooms. Great for large or multiple families. Only con, was the pool need to be vacuumed a bit, but was otherwise relaxing. The outside patio needs to be pressure washed. The garage had a few wasps nests and needs the debris blown out. However, none of the cons would deter me from renting the home again. Overall I give it a 9 out of 10. I highly recommend!”

“for what i wanted this airbnb was perfect. we had a great time and my family and friends enjoyed it very much. we used the fire pit in the evening for roasting marshmallows and s' mores. one negative was the coffee pot. it does drain well and had lots of grinds in the glass container. really needs to be replaced with better one and/ or a more modern one.”
