That’s why we’re here. We love to offer the setting for so many of these lifelong memories. We began this vacation rental company to provide a place for your family to vacation. Since then, we’ve built a vast inventory of unique rental homes in Texas and have a dedicated team to deliver an incredible experience in a beautiful property. So now it’s up to you. We’ll provide the setting. You provide the people. And let us help make lasting memories.

Our Services

BeachBox is a full-service vacation rental company with over 200 vacation homes spread across the Texas Gulf Coast, specifically Galveston, Kemah, Surfside, Crystal Beach, and Lake Livingston.

Our goal is to bring family vacations to life through providing a comfortable, clean space for your family and loved ones to enjoy quality time together. We believe these kind of moments are the memories we cherish most in life, and it’s our joy to provide that for our guests.

In addition to offering a wide variety of vacation rental homes, we also offer beach gear rentals in Galveston, Texas, as well as property management services to those who wish to launch their own vacation rental on the Texas Gulf Coast.

Vacation Rentals

Beach Gear Rentals

No need to pack or buy expensive beach gear! Rent your beach equipment from Rent BeachBox, and save time and space. We offer beach equipment for all homes on Galveston Island with free delivery and pickup directly to your vacation rental.

Items will be dropped off at your vacation rental prior to your arrival, and picked up at the end of your reservation. We offer all kinds of bookings, including daily, multi-day, weekly, same-day or advance bookings.

Property Management

When vacation home owners are burdened with acting as plumbers, housekeepers, and troubleshooters, they turn to full-service vacation rental management. A comprehensive solution like BeachBox handles all the hurdles and hassles of running a successful vacation rental, while maximizing your earnings on your home.

Director of Operations

As Director of Operations, Katie has been welcoming guests to BeachBox since January 2021, sharing her love for all things Galveston.

Eric

Director of Guest Services

As the Director of Guest Services, Eric gets to collaborate, manage and remedy guest concerns.

Chance

Director of Maintenance

Chance has taken on the role of Director of Maintenance, overseeing our homes are in top shape, ensuring every guest enjoys a great experience.

Susanna

Guest Experience and Homeowner Support Manager

Born and raised in Galveston, Susanna brings over a decade of hospitality experience to her role as Manager of Guest Experience and Homeowner Support.

Bennett

Homeowner Relationship Manager

Bennett went to the University of Houston with a degree in Entrepreneurship, Real Estate Finance, and Global Energy Management and has worked with his own Airbnb portfolio since 2022.

Kate

Laundry Facility Manager

Kate brings years of hands-on experience in operations and hospitality to her role as Laundry Facility Manager.

Hope

Operations Coordinator

As an Operations Coordinator, Hope makes sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. She works closely with our Housekeepers and Inspectors to ensure the home is check-in ready.

Ian

Guest Services Representative

Living on the island has given Ian a unique advantage in helping guests. He knows the best attractions, restaurants, and beaches. He loves helping people have the best trip possible and is always willing to share his insight.

Candice

Special Projects & Make Ready Team Supervisor

Candice has been at BeachBox since February of 2020. She focuses on accommodating our guests by preparing the home before any guests set foot inside with everything from décor to sheets and even toasters.

Housekeeping Team

The folks on our housekeeping team work tirelessly to ensure each of our vacation homes meets our high cleanliness standard.

Maintenance Team

In a perfect world, things would never break or succumb to the salty ocean air. However, that’s not the case and that’s why we need an incredible maintenance staff.

Giving Back

Giving back is an important part of who we are. BeachBox maintains strong philanthropic values and gives back to non-profit organizations and the community whenever possible. We support the following organizations by donating stays for charity and auctioning stays to raise funds to support them. We encourage our guests to learn about the below organizations and donate as well.
