At Beach Box, we don’t advertise a specific management fee—because we don’t have one. We like to keep our management local. And we do that for our fee, too.

Your fee is determined by several factors, including your home’s location, number of bedrooms, and guest amenities. We think tailored rates are the fair approach. After all, why should you pay the same rate as a home 1,000 miles away?

As your vacation rental partner, we’re here to stay. And we hope you are, too. We believe in earning your long-term confidence, not locking you into an ironclad contract. You can cancel your BeachBox agreement at any time, with 90 days’ notice. We’ll just need to honor any reservations that are already booked at your home for that 90-day window.
