  • We create and maintain high-quality listings, complete with professional photography and engaging descriptions, and integrate them seamlessly into our advanced software. This allows for efficient and automated management, freeing homeowners from the need to monitor or respond to guests.

  • At BeachBox, we ensure your property stays in top condition by promptly handling maintenance issues. We are authorized to make repairs up to $500, with costs deducted from your owner’s statement. This allows us to quickly address problems, ensuring guest satisfaction and minimizing downtime, so your property remains guest-ready.

  • BeachBox offers a complimentary linen and towel service to enhance your property's appeal and efficiency. Homeowners must opt-in to replace their current linens with our standardized sets which enables our cleaning teams to work efficiently, ensuring quick turnover and same-day check-ins for our guests.

At BeachBox, our seamless onboarding process ensures your property is guest-ready in no time. We handle everything from an initial consultation and professional photography to listing creation and thorough inspections.

We Make Onboarding Easy

  • Once you are ready to have your property listed with BeachBox we will have homeowners sign our standard Property Management Agreement, Attachments, Direct Deposit Authorization, W-9, and complete our onboarding forms.

  • Once contracts are signed, our Market Managers, Maintenance, Guest Services, and Make Ready teams will conduct thorough BeachBox inspections. Following these inspections, homeowners will receive a detailed report outlining required and recommended changes.

  • After completing the inspections, BeachBox will purchase the necessary inventory, make required repairs, and conduct startup cleans to ensure your property is perfectly prepared for guests. This comprehensive preparation ensures a seamless and welcoming experience for every guest.

  • BeachBox partners with Strata Visuals to capture premium-quality photos and stunning drone images of your property. Our approved vendor ensures your listing stands out, showcasing your home's best features to attract more guests and maximize bookings.

  • Beach Box will then build out your listing across all major STR platforms, integrating essential plugins and automations. We'll also create comprehensive guidebooks, ensuring a seamless and informative experience for your guests while maximizing exposure and efficiency, helping your property succeed.

  • Once all preparations are complete, your property will go live, and you can start receiving bookings. The entire process, from initial inspections to the listing going live, typically takes about two weeks, and once we go live we can welcome guests to your home and begin generating income.

Owner stays

Enjoy the convenience of accessing your property while still maximizing its potential. Owners have the flexibility to reserve days for their own stay whenever they please, provided the dates have not already been booked by guests.
