A full refund for the rental items will be issued on all cancellations received 72 hours prior to the reservation date. Reservations canceled less than 72 hours before the reservation date will receive a fifty-percent (50%) refund for the rental items.
If the city mandates evacuation for a hurricane or tropical storm, we will give refunds in the form of store credit. Otherwise, there will be no refunds given due to weather. No refunds will be given once delivery has been made.
All items come with FREE DELIVERY. Items will be dropped off at your beach house prior to your arrival, and picked up at 10 a.m. Please make sure all items are left in the same location they were dropped off at.

Yes. All kayaks and paddle boards will automatically come with paddles and life vests. Additional life vests are available for a flat fee of $5.
Your credit card will be charged at the time of booking.
No. Items that are left on the beach overnight will be discarded by Galveston Parks Board and you will be liable.
If items are lost or damaged, you will be charged up to the retail costs of each item.
Of course! Just include the delivery address at the checkout screen. We deliver anywhere in Galveston and all the way the San Luis Toll bridge.
No but we hold a card on file in case damages occur.
No refund will be issued with less than 3 days prior notice. A 50% refund will be given if canceled more than 3 days before reservation date. Cancellations due to weather will receive a refund in the form of a gift card. No refunds will be given if items have been delivered.
