“Everything was great. Not a perfect house. But family had a good time. Biggest issue was the water. It had a bad foul smell. Faucets and showers. Besides that, everything was awesome. Just keep in mind the water situation if you decide to rent this location.”

“Our family of 14 stayed at this great beach house. It was clean and spacious. Beds were very comfortable and had plenty of clean towels. Bring your own shampoo and body wash though. It was only a couple of blocks walk to the beach but it’s at the end near the rocks so if you have small children I recommend driving back out to the part where there was more beach. The pool was good. It’s a good size for everyone to cool down in when you’re not at the beach. The only downside was the AC did not work well. We did stay in August (hotter month of the year) so it was expected to be hot but the AC couldn’t cool the house down in the afternoon. It ran all day and night and only cooled down during the night. There were fans in all of the rooms so it was bearable. The host was so nice and was very prompt in answering questions and taking care of problems when it arose. Overall this house is good for the price and location it was in.”

“We were very pleased with our stay at this property. It was very clean and comfortable, the bed was actually one of the best I have ever experienced. My grandchildren said theirs were extremely comfortable as well. The property was very clean, the couch is a bit 'tired'.. but was very large and more than ample seating for our party of 4. The natural light and ceiling fans everywhere were wonderful and my grandkids were able to both walk to the ocean and enjoy a dip in the pool on the property. All in all, we had a wonderful time at this property. Just a note for things this property cannot control.. the mosquitos are pretty out of control in this area; and the city water intermittently stinks to high heaven.. bring your own drinking/cooking water. I unfortunately merely rinsed my mouth after brushing my teeth with this water and it was pretty awful. Fortunately, I didn't stink after showering with it! I had no other choice.”

“My family and I had an overall great stay at the beach house. The host was phenomenal and the pictures were spot on with the location and the property itself. My Family and I were unable to spend the Christmas holiday together on Christmas day. However, the beach house was perfect for our post Christmas, and early new year stay~cation! The host was very forthcoming, honest and helpful throughout my planning, both during and post our stay. I would highly recommend this venue to any others looking to simply sleep in, an all of a sudden getaway, or any desire(s) for a walk on the beach. My family and I had a great time playing a variety of games like “guess how many”, “bingo”, “singing karaoke” and we also gathered around & watched football too! I will definitely take the host up on their offer and most certainly book with this amazing establishment in the future.
