Enjoy a stylish getaway at League Lofts 202– a centrally-located loft in historic downtown Galveston! Just a block from the best restaurants, bars and shopping on the Island, the location cannot be beat. With a king size bed in the primary bedroom and full sleeper sofa in the living room, the space comfortably sleeps up to 3 people. Whether you’re looking to spend time on The Strand, the beach, or a quick overnight before a cruise departure, this loft is the perfect home base for your trip. THERE IS NO ELEVATOR IN THIS BUILDING. IT IS ALL ONLY STAIRS!

● Location: Historic Downtown area of Galveston, Texas, half mile from cruise ship terminal. This is a historic building with early 20th century building materials and single-pane windows. Noise may be present.
● Beach Access: Less than a 4-minute drive from the beaches at the Seawall.
● Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.
● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.
● Pet Policy: 1 pet is allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.
● Parking: Paid street parking options on the streets surrounding the building.
● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.
● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

Pros: Super walkable to the strand and fun shops near the strand and galleries Easy to get in and out Parking is not an issue at all Super clean and spacious for a loft Cons: Not an ideal spot for light sleepers as you will hear everything outdoors and in the hallways. We didn’t notice these cons til late at night: Not enough towels for 3 guest Toilet was broken but still usable No bedding for couch was available Electrical issues with fan To be fair all the cons have been informed to the host so they shouldn’t be an issue for the next guest.”

- - Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- - One-night stays must be approved.
- - Parties and events are prohibited.
- - Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- - Paid street parking only.
- - Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- - All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- - Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- - Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
