“We liked this place and had a good time. The home could use some maintenance and exterior paint. We brought 12 but I would only recommend 10 at the most and that is if you are ok with only one full bathroom inside. We had to wait a very long time for a shower each evening. But, for a smaller group to be close to the beach for a little cheaper price than right on it, then this place is great for that.”

“Absolutely loved staying here, the beach was great. Plenty of room for my 4 kids to play or sleep after being at the beach all day. The walk too and from the beach was maybe 4 min and you do have to cross a busy highway but honestly wasn’t bad, cars stopped so we could walk across! Would definitely stay again!”

“We had a great stay in this beach house. It was right across from Terramar Beach which allows you to park on the beach for an easy set up. The community pool was great and at a walking distance from the house. The house was as described and everyone slept comfortably.”

“We had a lovely time! Beach access is fantastic (3-4 min walk), the kitchen is roomy, and the living room is cozy for unwinding after a beach day. Photos mostly matched, though the home’s seen some wear since — rust on the washer/dryer and a few wall spots that could use TLC. One thing worth knowing: the listing mentions a “ground level” room (queen, bunk, sofa bed), but doesn’t note it’s fully disconnected from the main house — no indoor stairs, so you exit outside to reach it, and there’s no separate key for that space. We didn’t realize this until arrival. One night a spider showed up down there, and with no direct indoor access, our group moved upstairs to the couch instead. We were fortunate adults were staying with the minors in that room — without supervision, the lack of immediate access could’ve been a safety concern. Also, a few more towels would’ve helped for our group but shared to avoid reaching out too late. Overall a lovely home in a great spot! 🏖️”

This was the room intended for the kids to sleep so it being so far and ‘outside’ was a concern. Otherwise it was a great time!”
