“Beach house has direct beach access from deck or by road just a few houses down. The layout is perfect for families. Main floor bedroom and bathroom is convenient for parents and the multi-bunk bedrooms great for kids. The kitchen, living-dining room layout is open and spacious. The whole family could hang out together. The views are amazing from sunrise to sunset. Would recommend and hope to stay here again in the future. ”

“There were 9 of us and had space for plenty more! Great place to be especially with kids. Lots of seating in the living space and all of the windows brought in tons of natural light. Plenty of pots/pans/dishes/silverware to accommodate large groups. The main strip in Galveston is only about 15 to 20 minutes from the house with tons to do and places to eat (there were a few things closer as well).Had a couple minor issues that were handled immediately. Would definitely stay here again!1 thing to note...this is a beach that you can drive on which scared me at first but everyone was very cautious and we had no issues.1 suggestion (not complaint because I asked beforehand and knew what to bring)..beach towels are not supplied but there were plenty of bath towels for showers/baths.”

“Easy access to beach. Path direct from property. Be aware vehicles are allowed on beach. Easy check-in and check-out. Plenty of room. The bottom bunks are in the floor. Quiet neighborhood. Would stay again.”

“Truly loved the place. Great location, clean, patios and great large living area with giant couch. Perfect for extended family. The 2 king bedrooms are like having 2 master bedrooms and worked so well with our family. All rooms are spacious and my favorite thing is all of the TALL chairs across the deck. Height is a big issue with me on deck furniture and these were perfect!!! We spent so many hours out there. Will stay here again next time we come. ”

“Great place to stay, perfect location and not too busy (depending on time of year you choose to book). Unfortunately, the house had not been cleaned from the last party when we showed up a couple hours after check in time. The host was able to get in touch with a cleaning crew and they showed up within an hour of me contacting them. It was a bit disappointing to start out, but the location and actual home etc... was wonderful and fit our big group well. Would book again as I believe it was just a mix up of communication between companies.”

“We had a nice stay. Property manager attentive. Love the proximity and easy access to the beach. Appreciated the tall deck chairs and the quantity of them, we always had enough. The camp is tatefully decorated. The beds and pillows were comfortable. True the house is showing its love but nothing that kept us from enjoying our stay. I would suggest that the camp have a large frying pan for a typical breakfast of eggs to be prepared in. I would also suggest having a nicer broom, and mop and mop bucket available for visitors that do want to take care of it as if it were their home. The bunk room is pretty warm, that room stays much cooler with the door remaining open and a fan in the entrance blowing cooler air into it. For us at the end of sept. The thermostat at 70 was enough to keep.us cool. The roof needs attention. As well as the deck Im sure the owners are probably aware again nothing that affected pur stay. Do want to return to this house in the future. it. SUGGEST ”

“Every year my family of 12-14 people take a beach vacation (4 days) somewhere in Galveston and we rent a nice house with lots of room. I would say that this is my favorite house so far! We had plenty of room to enjoy each other and hang out together as well as separate and spend time at the beach, on the balcony or in our rooms. Everything was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary pots, pans, plenty of plates, glasses, mugs, cutlery, etc. Very impressive! The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of them. The host was very responsive with CLEAR instructions and rules... which I love! A very fun and enjoyable stay! The beach was perfect! Again, it is my favorite place that I have rented in Galveston! Hope to book it again for next year!”

“Overall great house plenty of room for everyone. Great location. You do need to check pair of exterior doors on one bedroom will not lock and the push down safety bar would not function properly. Still throughly enjoyed the visit and would definitely come back.”

“We had 19 people. This place was completely perfect! There was plenty of room for all of us to eat, shower, play, and relax. We were close to Galveston but still far enough from the noise. This house is right by the gulf so we enjoyed all the sights and sounds of the beach. We had no troubles to report. We are all getting together to ply our next stay. “Truly a million dollar view, wonderful water front balcony with ample seating to unwind, relax and enjoy the music of the waves. The home was spacious, has super comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen. Sam is an outstanding host and very responsive to any issues and/or questions. The house could use a few minor repairs but we would definitely rent this home again!”
