“The place is bigger than what the pictures showed. We took 17 people on a trip and had plenty of space to play and sleep. Would recommend again!”

“This property was perfect for our group of 12 graduated seniors (17 total people). The ability to stay together in a 1.6 million house that met all of our needs was priceless. They swimming pool and the fire pit were popular hang out spots for the group. The patio furniture is really nice and sturdy. The kitchen is huge. Huge. We enjoyed the large refrigerator and the ice machine in the bar area. Our group was just able to fit around the large dining room table with additional chairs pulled up. These moments were my favorite of the whole trip. The beds were comfy and the extras were nice too: the pool table, ping pong table, the video game, all the smart TVs. There has been some wear and tear on the house from previous guests, but that's to be expected, I'm sure-- nothing that changed our attitude about our stay. Items to remember, as with all vacation rentals, if you want more towels, bring them: bath, pool, kitchen, dish rags, hand towels, etc. And one peculiar note about the kitchen: there are at least 5 colanders but 0 storage bowls or mixing bowls. If you're planning on a lot of scratch cooking, bring bowls. Overall, we loved this place. We would definitely return given the chance.”

“Perfect getaway for our family and friends. Huge home with plenty of beds and bathrooms. Great kid room with ping pong, foozball and a video game. Amazing master suite and bathroom. We had a few problems with a toilet and dishwasher when we arrived but the VRBO representative sent a team out immediately and even installed a new dishwasher. Great place. Highly recommend!”

“The house was beautiful and very spacious. The kitchen was our favorite part of the house and I don’t like to cook. There is plenty of privacy for large groups. Some of the bedrooms can be difficult to share if traveling with couples or non-family members. One of the double rooms is up several stairs without a rail and it can be a little warm. The tile and the carpets were very dirty In many areas. If you are planning a special event. It was less than a five minute drive to the beach for an early morning walk. We enjoyed it thank you..”

“My work team stayed here for our offsite meeting and it was exactly what we needed. The WiFi and casting to the TV worked perfectly. The enormous kitchen - with both a gas grill AND griddle top - was perfect for preparing meals as a group and keeping our momentum going. We had plenty of room to spread out when we needed it and very much enjoyed the pool table and game room. The host was responsive and communicated well. The furniture was comfortable. If you’re expecting everything to be brand-new, this house isn’t for you. If you need a big place near the beach where you and your group can get away from the crowd, it’s perfect.”

The only issue was that on the second day there were too many mosquitoes, and we all got bitten a lot. We don’t know why, since the first day was normal, but the second day was overwhelming with the number of mosquitoes. However, we still had a great time. Thank you, and we hope to return.”

“Pros: Great location, extremely spacious and beautiful. The seawall blvd strip is just minutes down the road. Many stores and food places. Cons: I must say, this beautiful home needs some upkeep. The carpet has lots of large stains and many of the towels should be replaced. The couch needs upholstery as well. Check-in/Check out is not flexible even for an extra fee. I requested to pay for one extra hour and that wasn’t possible, although the calendar showed no booking for the following days. Natalie was very responsive. Also my nephew left a pair of Nike Shoes in the upstairs bedroom at checkout. We noticed we left them about 45 mins after checking out and we were unable to retrieve them. Filled out a lost item report and was told they weren’t found when in fact it was the only personal item left in the room upstairs. That was a bit disappointing. Overall, beautiful home, nice hosts but there are definitely things that could change to make it a 5 ⭐️ star stay!”

“My friends/ family I stayed here for a wedding weekend. Pros : host was proactive and responded quickly. Great communication. Beautiful Kitchen with updated appliances. ( great because we did cook a lot) . Spacious rooms and COMFY beds, we all slept like babies. Lots of parking? Secluded and peaceful. Cons: bathrooms and some carpets are a bit dated. Overall: enjoyed our stay 10/10 and would book again.”

“Natalie’s home was great! The home was beautiful and had more than enough space for all of our family. The game room and the heated pool were a plus giving everyone something to do and keeping the kids distracted. The kitchen was huge and very well stocked to help with our thanksgiving festivities! The home is enormous and basically has two wings which allows people to have their own privacy and time but still be all together under the same roof. There is a nice beach access point only 5 minutes away which was convenient. Overall we really enjoyed our family trip at Natalie’s place and hope to return again in the future!”

“We used this home for our church youth retreat. It was ABSOLUTELY STUNNING! From the entryway of the property to the enormous steps and front doors. Everyone that walked in the house couldn't close their mouth because of their amazement! There was so much room we actually could have slept 10 people in the master closet! Things to note: The game room bottom bunk beds were full size not queens. Make sure you bring ALL of your own supplies. We are used to at least seasonings being in an Airbnb. There were ants in a few beds. If someone has a wheelchair or walking disability they may find it difficult accessing the house, but once they are in they should be good. Overall this place was exquisite! It took 5 min to drive to the beach. The kids enjoyed the pool, I wish there were pool lights for night swimming. The dining areas were spacious. We had more than enough room to host our group of 16. This was such a GREAT secluded property not far from home! We would definitely stay here again!”
