“We planned a get together with family and friends and teenagers which is difficult in itself. This place was cool as some of the house is separated, almost like a tiny apartment, which would be cool when traveling with teenage cousins. It worked out PERFECTLY!!! Beach in walking distance.”

“Chris was very communicative! The location of the house was perfect access to the beach. Keys were easy to locate and we were given options after booking to accommodate us. The major issue we ran into was the lover level of the property. We were unable to utilize the space due to the air conditioner not working. When we walked in the room was exceptionally hot, there were a couple dead roaches on the floor & we couldn’t get it to cool. Upstairs was cool, clean, and all of the rooms were well equipped with towels and everything listed. There was quite a bit of patches on the floor of tape from “repairs” from what I’m assuming was lifted tiles, as well as tape holding couch cushions together.. which I didn’t love but I understand it’s a rental. We were able to make the best of the trip but just not using the lower level! Nothing too serious, but for sure was a mild bummer. Even with the issue we faced, we would stay again, Chris was great.”

“We enjoyed our weekend here. Comfy beds, well stocked kitchen and great location. We brought our dogs and they did well. Not a complaint but just a heads up that the yard is fenced except for where you drive in so they can get out. Worked well for our dogs but wouldn’t for everyone. Having a washer and dryer was also great! The marina, venados cantina and marios were great for food! We would love to stay here again in the future!”
