“With the exception of the hard mattress and the condition of the floors our overall stay was very enjoyable. Positive: It was in a good location. Close to the boardwalk. We love the swimming pool. The outdoor area was fantastic. The surrounding restaurants had wonderful food and drinks. Negative: The mattress in all rooms were hard and the floor not in condition. Extra inside seating would be great.”

“We came to Kemah for a birthday trip for my son and my niece and to take them to great Wolf lodge. We loved having the pool and everyone having their own space to sleep. There were a couple things that I thought could be better like the floora really need to be changed, I could see them causing injuries or trip hazards. I also did not care for there being no closet space or at least dresses space and the drier seemed to not work very well but maybe the vent leading outside needs to be clean. I also would have appreciated having extra blankets or throw blankets for the sofas. Overall it was a great stay. We loved the pool and would definitely be back. Also being in walking distance to the boardwalk was nice.”

“This place was perfect for our needs. My family wanted to split our time between Houston and Galveston and this was the perfect location. The Kemah boardwalk is in walking distance which is a bonus. Our favorite part was the pool! They also have a great fire pit to hang out by and roast marshmallows. We were surprised to find no closets or dressers for clothes storage. However, it was not a big deal as there were plenty of stores in close proximity to resolve that issue. We left the storage racks for future guests, I would definitely come back. It was perfect for my elderly parents (no stairs) and my husband and myself. ”

The location was perfect, just minutes from the Kemah Boardwalk, which made everything so convenient for our family. Jessica was a great host and always quick to respond to any questions. The house had plenty of comfortable beds, and the pool was clean and well maintained. We especially loved the backyard, it was perfect for relaxing, swimming, and grilling together. Overall, a great place to stay in Kemah and we would highly recommend it.”

The heated pool was a major highlight and definitely added to the experience. We did encounter some maintenance issues, including significantly damaged flooring that required wearing shoes indoors. Overall, the home was a good value, but it is in need of repairs.”

“Stayed over the Labor Day weekend. Cute little place with nice pool. Also has charcoal grill. Lots of comfortable beds. We could watch the Kemah fireworks from the backyard. The flooring is messed up in a few places but did not hinder our stay. The pictures make it look bigger than it was but we still had a good time. Would definitely book again. Blocks from the boardwalk and Walmart is close for any forgotten items. Thank you for a great weekend”
