“Jessica was extremely responsive to everything we asked about. We were going to bring pets and didn't at the last minute, and she returned the pet fee immediately. we mentioned to her the few things that needed repair or fixing and she promised she would have someone out to do said repairs quickly. We were not totally aware (maybe hadn't read well) that the fourth bedroom was below on street level. But that was ok in our case. Like a private room for me (grandma). It all worked out. So much fun for kids with ping pong table and mini pool.”

“The house was in a beautiful neighborhood, you can see the ocean from the porch, close to public beach access and was super clean. It was fun for the kids, we all enjoyed the cowboy pool, swing chairs and ping pong table. The outdoor shower was nice to have also! Jessica was super responsive and helpful. We had a great time and recommend this house! one of my favorite airbnbs so far!!”

“Overall the house was great for 3/4 families with kids. The location to the beach was perfect -- very close. The "Cowboy" pool is perfect for kids 6 and under. The outdoor kitchen area downstairs would be really nice if it was a bit cooler. Communication with the owner/manager was easy and instructions were clear. The house could use some touch ups is my only gripe. 4.5/5 stars”

“This was a beautiful beach house! We loved the large kitchen space and the cowboy pool was amazing to take a dip in after being in the sun all day. The only disappointment was that the hammock chairs were moldy and the ping pong table was unusable - a broken net and all the paddles were warped and split in half. It’s a location that gets a lot of rain, I think they need to bring in cushions and wooden paddles inside when it rains - I don’t think any of it is neglect to cleanliness, the place was very clean! We would absolutely stay here again, just, if you love ping pong like we do, ask ahead if they have fixed it”

“The stay was great. The ac filter was very dirty. Needs to be changed. The house was nice and could accommodate 16 to sleep but we only had 10 guests overnight. We were very disappointed that the owner would not allow us to have 18 people just for our Thanksgiving meal for a few hours and there was plenty of space outside for that. We had to split our family between 2 houses for the meal. Over all it was a nice house and clean. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay at this beach house. Though not directly on the beach, it's very easy to get there. The beach only allows park-and-walk, so no cars are flying by, which is so nice especially if you have littles. As for the house, it was everything we needed and very comfy. We loved the deck and the back yard is amazing! It's so cozy out there. We wish we could have spent more time outside enjoying the space, but our weekend was short! Highly recommend this place for an easy, affordable, quaint getaway.”
