“The living room and front room was warm but the back rooms on the back side of the house were cool and comfortable. It is extremely suggested to bring bug spray, we got attacked with mosquitoes as soon as we opened the doors to get out the vehicles.”

“This house was fully equipped with dishes, pots, pans, baking dishes, utensils, crock pot, blender, toaster, basic spices, coffee machine, coffee and sugar, trash bags, tp, towels, washer, dryer, detergent, dish soap and sponge, 2 bbq pits, baby high chair and play pin, 2 picnic tables outside, and nice patio chairs on the balcony. We enjoyed our stay very much! It was very comfy. Only complaint was the downstairs room had a mildew smell and the restroom down there smelled like something died. But even so, I would definitely stay here again! The host was quick to answer any questions I had and they threw in some beach towels for us to use as well, which came in very handy!”

The only thing I would say which ended up not being an issue is I wasn’t aware the larger bunk was separated from the rest of the house making the kids not want to sleep in it but the downstairs like apartment made it a great space for the kids to hang out during the day.”

“We stayed a few days for Christmas and most of the time we stayed inside. The house is ok for whoever is not picky. It does needs a deep clean since you'll see dust and hairs all around the house. There's plenty of beds but not much space in dining & living room to accommodate everyone. Needs updated furniture and mattresses. Couches in the living room are old and will sink when you sit down, mattresses are not comfortable. Needs more tvs. Area is quiet and friendly, 5 min walk to the beach. Overall our stay was wonderful and we made it work, you get what you pay for and I do recommend because it's spacious and economical.”

“The house was mostly great! Only issues we had was unlocking the door was very hard to do, they advertised a blender there but it’s missing a piece so you can’t use it. And the can opener doesn’t work. Other then them minor things everything else was great! Would definitely recommend”

“Even though the home had cosmetic flaws, it was a pleasant stay for the 10 of us. Positive: Customer service was amazing! While completing our walkthrough, we noticed that the basement tv did not work. It had green lines on the screen. I contacted customer service immediately and they offered to send a maintenance guy out. We were getting ready to leave for dinner and didn't feel comfortable having anyone at the house while we were out. Additional questions were addressed very quickly. For the most part, the house was clean and offered enough space for us all. The location was also awesome, not far from the beach, and a quiet neighborhood. They provided towels for each bed and a washer and dryer. The fridge was also big enough to hold food for the 10 of us for several days. The porch and porch benches were awesome and peaceful. If it was screened in, I would've slept outdoors. The charcoal grill was also a plus. My husband grilled for us and it heated up pretty quickly. Negative: The house had a lot of cosmetic issues. Tape on the floors, living room ceiling fan globe was cracked, a kitchen drawer was off track, would fall inward while closing, and we left it opened to prevent further damage. There were stains on the bedding and couches. The main bathroom also had a very bad odor and mildew in the shower upon arrival. We bleached the bathroom and it was much more pleasant. The 2nd bathroom's shower was a little weird to turn on.”

“The property was good - just a few things that could make it much better. We spent time at the dining table eating and playing games but there was no light. Also, not all the fans worked. It was close to the beach - yea! and we didn't need a golf cart but our view was of the other houses - but that is on me for not checking into that.Overall, it was fine for what we needed.”

“Management was responsive with text through VRBO. Outside was clean, nice quiet neighborhood. Kitchen was nice and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Downstairs bedroom is only connected through the outside. But it had its own living area. Hoping they fixed this stuff.Locks were complicated and hard ro open., floors and blinds were dirty. There is only 1 TV in each living Are, none in bedrooms. Furniture needed ro be moved since the outlets wer not convenient to the bed.Light switches wee complicated. If one is clocked then another won’t work..”

“Pros: The house was clean, with many beds. We had plenty of towels, and it was decorated nicely. There is lots of storage in the kitchen with nice appliances. The location is great for walking distance to the beach and a short drive to town. It was very nice to be able to bring our dogs.Cons: flooring needs to be replaced - some spots are very soft, and it felt like you could fall through. The back deck has some loose rails. There is no lighting in the dining room area. There was no electrical plug in the 2nd upstairs bathroom, and neither bathroom had toilet paper holders. The kitchen could be better stocked with mixing bowls, storage containers, etc. It is evident that the property managers own the property and do not use it to know what is missing when you are staying at a place for several days.”

“We had a great time! It accommodated our big family! The only issue we had was having to wait to get in because we had trouble with the lock but other than that we had a great stay and will comeback!”

“It was a cute property in a quiet part of town. We all enjoyed it and slept well - beds were very comfortable. We almost didn’t see the room downstairs - you have to use the key to unlock it. Only complaints were that the floor needs to be replaced (we tripped over tile coming up multiple times) and saw a couple of bugs. (Two were dead)”

“The place was nice and spacious. There were a few things that were a nuisance though: a raised floor tile and a light sensor on one of the top bunks. ”

“No real contact with Chris. It wasn’t hard to check in. I would have liked to be more flexible in check in time. I’m not sure in pool was meant for renter. It didn’t appear to be open. Otherwise, family and soccer team members had a great time grilling outdoors.”

“Pro's, loved the front porch view, furniture & decorations! Very stylish. Plenty of BD space & nice, clean linens. Beds & couches were comfy. Upstairs TV was very good quality - clear picture & very good sound. Plenty of kitchen gadgets was a big plus. Nice storage area downstairs. The downside, we could smell the pesticide spray for the insects when we arrived & there were a few dead cockroaches laying around for us to dispose of. No one slept in the downstairs beds due to bugs! There was some black mold growing behind the kitchen faucet & in the shower areas in the upstairs bathrooms. Bottom bathroom had the smell of fish. Constantly had to spray deodorizer in there anytime anyone wanted to use the bathroom. 1 upstairs BD had a hole on the wall & some windows were missing screens so we couldn't open all the windows in the house. Quite a few pictures in the home needed to be hung. The washer seemed to work only when it wanted to. Bottom TV didn't work very well either.”
