“Love that the beach was so close and we could park our cars right on the beach. Activities in Galveston were just a short drive over. Plenty of rooms for our large group.”

“We stayed a few days for Christmas and most of the time we stayed inside. The house is ok for whoever is not picky. It does needs a deep clean since you'll see dust and hairs all around the house. There's plenty of beds but not much space in dining & living room to accommodate everyone. Needs updated furniture and mattresses. Couches in the living room are old and will sink when you sit down, mattresses are not comfortable. Needs more tvs. Area is quiet and friendly, 5 min walk to the beach. Overall our stay was wonderful and we made it work, you get what you pay for and I do recommend because it's spacious and economical.”

“It was a cute property in a quiet part of town. We all enjoyed it and slept well - beds were very comfortable. We almost didn’t see the room downstairs - you have to use the key to unlock it. Only complaints were that the floor needs to be replaced (we tripped over tile coming up multiple times) and saw a couple of bugs. (Two were dead)”

“The place was nice and spacious. There were a few things that were a nuisance though: a raised floor tile and a light sensor on one of the top bunks. ”

“No real contact with Chris. It wasn’t hard to check in. I would have liked to be more flexible in check in time. I’m not sure in pool was meant for renter. It didn’t appear to be open. Otherwise, family and soccer team members had a great time grilling outdoors.”

“Pro's, loved the front porch view, furniture & decorations! Very stylish. Plenty of BD space & nice, clean linens. Beds & couches were comfy. Upstairs TV was very good quality - clear picture & very good sound. Plenty of kitchen gadgets was a big plus. Nice storage area downstairs. The downside, we could smell the pesticide spray for the insects when we arrived & there were a few dead cockroaches laying around for us to dispose of. No one slept in the downstairs beds due to bugs! There was some black mold growing behind the kitchen faucet & in the shower areas in the upstairs bathrooms. Bottom bathroom had the smell of fish. Constantly had to spray deodorizer in there anytime anyone wanted to use the bathroom. 1 upstairs BD had a hole on the wall & some windows were missing screens so we couldn't open all the windows in the house. Quite a few pictures in the home needed to be hung. The washer seemed to work only when it wanted to. Bottom TV didn't work very well either.”
