“The house was nice. One room is hotter than the rest of the house. We communicated that with them tried resetting breaker etc. we just changed rooms. Over all good experience. ”

“The host on this property was absolutely excellent very responsive to any of our questions. The house is very pet friendly and my dog believe me searced the area for a way to get out and there is no way that my dog could get out. Pool was fantastic.The cleanliness of the house overall was very good. We did have an issue with the dishwasher that was resolved with the host of the property.”

“This home was perfect for our little family reunion. It was nice to be off the main boardwalk area but just a few minutes drive from any activity or restaurant. There was plenty of space for everyone and the kids enjoyed the downstairs game room with the triple bunk beds. We also were pleased the bedrooms had ceiling fans. Kitchen was well stocked. We would come back here when visiting the the area again”

“We had a large family vacay and the house was perfect the homes game room kept the kids entertained , the kitchen was awesome we for got some pans and they had some available so that made it less stressful for us .the decks were awesome to sit and read.”

“This house is very family friendly. We love the layout and decor of the property. Its close enough that you can still feel the wind from the ocean. The decks are sturdy and safe. We have stayed in 6 different rentals and this has been the best one yet. We are hoping to return in the future.”

“We were very happy with the location of the property. It is located a short distance from town, the beach, and other houses, in a marshy area filled with Herons, Red Winged blackbirds, Mockingbirds etc. The kids loved the pool and the parents were able to relax on the adjacent deck or get away to the front deck for some peace. We were also very happy with how responsive our host was to our request for a few additional things.”

“This property was perfect for our stay with my son and his friends. One thing to be aware of is that the house does sleep 32. We had 22 in it. But there was very little in the way of pots and pans. I had to go purchase pots and pans. There were plenty of cups, plates etc. Other than that, it really is a great property. The game room downstairs was absolutely perfect. The kids really enjoyed it. ”

“We had a wonderful time at this location but there were some concerns. There weren’t much cleaning supplies like we hoped for or basic things like paper towels.. the pool was not clean as expected so we weren’t able to enjoy a time of swimming.. We did get in communication with the host of the house and they sent someone out to clean the pool but it still wasn’t clean. There was a spontaneous raccoon at night time that came and knocked over the trash cans which really isn’t the fault of the host but something to be mindful of.. other than that everything was pretty useful and acceptable. Pretty sure we’re the first to leave a review! ”

“It was an emotional weekend, due to my husband cancer, trying to spend as much time together as a family, his Dr. gave him 3 to 6 months. The only problem he had was the stairs. This home accommodated all our needs as a large family. Thank you 🌹”
