The view is great from the decks and the bedrooms have doors that open to the porch and you can still hear the waves while dozing in the bed. The beach trail is close and it was wonderful to walk along the beach. We do plan to come back with the family and maybe make it our getaway :)”

“The only negative things I can say is that the porch swing shown in pictures is missing, there are only two showers instead of three (one bathroom is a tub only and the pictures are misleading) and if you want a group picture of your guests on the large deck from outside the house, there are boards missing which makes the house look uncared for. OTHER THAN THAT everything about this place was fantastic! The view was AMAZING, it was steps from the beach, the fire pit was so great, and it was super clean. ”

“We stayed with our family of 11 for several days during Easter. The beach house was clean, had ample sleeping arrangements and plenty of room to relax comfortably. We took advantage of the beautiful beach views from the deck and the two porches. We took advantage of the easy access to the beach during our entire stay. The air conditioning worked well and additional fans were provided if needed. All rooms had ceiling fans. As previously mentioned by another review, I would bring foil, plastic wrap, and additional paper towels for the kitchen. The only reason I gave 4 stars on the cleanliness, is the interior of the microwave needs attention, it works, but appears someone may have put something that had metal in it at some point.We would definitely stay again, and will recommend the house to other family and friends!”

“Great place for our large group! Upon check-in we noticed there wasn’t enough towels and messages our host. They answered immediately and noted towels would be delivered that day or the next morning. However, the towels never showed. Thankfully, they left detergent so we made due and washed a couple of loads. There were some cosmetic exterior issues that created additional noise during storms our last night. But those issues did not cause any issues internally. However, due to the rain on the last night of our stay, the road to get out was flooded. So just keep that in mind if you have rain forecasted during your stay AND drive a low car. The fire pit, close proximity to the beach, and home were perfect for us.”

Plenty of parking. Very open family room, we also all were hall able to hang out on the porches. Plenty of outside seating, the 3rd floor balcony was very peaceful and relaxing in the morning.”

“Perfect location for our extended family. We got a lot of use out of the fire pit during our late October vacation. The outdoor shower was perfect for the kids. There was no one else on the beach but us (which was great!) but I assume it was due to the date. Wish the house had more things in stock (like olive oil or more paper towels), but they did warn us of that in the instructions after booking. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it needs some upgrades. (Toilet paper and sheets for examples.) But I would definitely stay here again.”

“This beach house was the perfect stay for our family. Beautiful views of the ocean, private beach access, over all clean. The outdoor shower was nice to be able to rinse sand off before entering the house. Just a 20-30 min drive to pleasure pier, and 5 mins from a local grocery store. We had a great stay!”

“Excellent Location!! The house is located in a cul de sac, so you don’t even have to walk across the street to get directly on the beach in literally a minute or two. Walk through the lawn, over a convenient bridge that gets you over the Sand dune and you are there. The large covered porch under the home was perfect to drop your beach chairs, toys, ice chest and so much more. Simply grab and go back and forth anytime your like. Great outdoor shower to rinse all the sand! And perfect grilling location,eating, and just hanging out. The home has plenty bedrooms and beds for very large families of all ages to enjoy! We have a 2 and 3 year old, so not being right on the beach front gave better ease. But still absolutely the best location! View was spectacular as well!”

“Loved the house and location! StayBeachBox was always responsive and respectful. The house is clean. We loved how close it was to the beach. Beach public access is not even 5 minutes from the house. Note- they only provide a small bottle of shampoo and small bottle of dish soap. They do require you to wash all dishes and put them all away upon leaving. We also ran out of toliet paper. We had 12 people staying there.”
