“The scenery was beautiful and peaceful. If you come around summer time we just recommend mosquito spray to make it easier to enjoy as they were a little relentless during our stay but mosquito spray was a big help. The nearby shrubbery also has A LOT of prickly stickers so be careful if you are walking around outside as you will probably drag a lot of them back to the home and then continue to find them on your clothing. Despite these two things, the stay was great and just what we needed for a beach trip.”

“Pros: We had a great time. House was clean (cleaner than many other places we have stayed at). View was awesome. Easy access to beach. Pictures on website are accurate. Enough toilet paper. Water pressure was great (previous reviewers complained about these last items). Property manager responded quickly.Cons: kitchen was not well stocked with pot/pans/ bowls / knives etc. they probably would have brought us some if we had asked but we did not. I definitely recommend this house and would rent again.”

“My family and I had a great stay! The house was very spacious for the adults and the kids. The view was beautiful! It’s something you have to see with your own eyes in order to believe! I’d have to say that the only minor issue we had was having to start the dryer a few times in order to completely dry our clothes. Also in one of the rooms the t.v was unavailable due to WiFi issues. Great stay overall!”

“We weren't in the house much, because it was a very short teip for us. However it was very inviting and comfortable. No complaints whatsoever, but really only used beds and master shower. Wonderful location, and definitely book again in future. ”

“This home is a gem. The layout of the four bedrooms was ideal for our group of three moms and kids. The view is great, even from the second row. It was easy to get to the beach and the kitchen was well appointed with what we needed. Do bring your own beach towels and sand toys because you will want to hang out on the beach all day. Bonus: we loved watching the wild rabbits and birds in the dunes from the deck.”

“Wow! This home is second row, but no other home sits in front! Clear ocean view!! You also have your own private walk way and spot to post up during the day!! The home is CLEAN, well stocked and even bigger than expected!! We will absolutely be staying here again and again this summer!!! It’s truly a hidden gem!!! Five stars all around”

“Wonderful place to stay. The host was very kind and accommodating. If you're looking for a nice relaxing getaway on the beach then look no further! Be advised that during high-tide the ocean could come up onto the beach road leading to the house, so drive carefully!”

“The house was in great condition with beautiful views of the beach. The issues we ran into were AC and WiFi. The AC has an auto set to 99 in the middle of the night so we woke up in a deep sweat, all of us had a poor night sleep which was rough with a one year old next day. The WiFi says connected but doesn’t actually work. This was challenging as we planned to work from the house in the morning before check out. Additionally, we were unable to use the tv without the WiFi. The host was responsive but these two issues do cause us pause and hesitation to rent again from them.”

“The home is a great size and very close to the beach, everything was clean when we arrived and we were able to get access quickly and easily. The path to the beach, however, needs to cleared a little better. The grass and plants are overgrown making it difficult to navigate through. The home has all the very basic necessities but much less than other homes we have rented in the area, it would be nice if they had extra blankets or games to play but we managed fine without. The water pressure is not very good in the showers including the outdoor shower and the hose barely had a trickle of water, which made rinsing sand off a little difficult. But all around, we had a great time and enjoyed our stay.”

“This house is a gem! Yes it’s second row, but there was an open lot between the house and gulf, so you have an unobstructed view of the water, and easy access to the beach area.”
