“We loved this house. The location was perfect. The only issue and this truly may have been stated in the description and I missed it, the third bedroom is downstairs away from the rest of the house. We had kids in there that were scared to sleep there the first night. It also would have been good to have a mirror that we could see our bodies. Some of us weren’t tall enough to see the only mirror in the bathroom.”

“The upstairs has the king bed in one room, and the twin bunk, as well as the queen/twin bunk in the second room. The shower has an overhead head, as well as a regular shower head. The kitchen was AMAZING! Fully stocked with cookware, glasses, plates, and silverware. We loved the deck and spent time sunbathing on the deck and BBQing on the grill. We went bird watching by the dock. We loved the ease of the walk to the beach!!! Parking for four cars worked perfectly. The property was very clean and well-maintained in a quiet neighborhood. It was a beautiful drive to get to the place. The host was responsive, and we very much enjoyed our stay.One note - the downstairs bedroom, while beautiful and clean, smelled very musty, and none of our group wanted to stay in that room. Luckily, we all fit comfortably upstairs as there were only 7 of us total. I believe that you can fit 8 comfortably upstairs if two share the king bed and the fold-out couch, but I think if you have asthma or allergies, the downstairs room is not the best option. Again, we only had 7 people total, so it was not an issue at all for our group.That being said, I still loved the space and would book it again! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.”

“I would definitely stay at this beach house again to have a little getaway. Positive: The neighborhood is very quiet and right across the street from beach access. The house was comfortable and cozy! Negative: The only negative was that the dishwasher wasn’t usable during our stay, they offered to come repair it but I don’t want the hassle. I also wish the big front windows had some kind of curtains, it felt a little too exposed. Aside from that, everything was great.”

“This was a very decent place to stay for a family vacation. Two bedroom 1 bathroom, wish the shower had more pressure and that the main bedroom bed didn’t make some much frame noise, also it was very werid not having curtains for the “door/ slide doors” that you have to come in to, makes the vibe at night a little off and non private, beautiful neighborhood and friendly people. Close by a few things but very close to a beach which was the point of the stay, easy to find and not that bad of a drive into town from there. All and all 4 out of 5 stars!’”

“Positive: The location was nice Close to the beach. Price was good. Negative: The top bunk beds were not comfortable mattresses.”

“The property is cute and cozy, perfect for a couple or young family. The downstairs room should definitely not be included in the bedroom count. Proximity to the beach is excellent. Note that the house is in the far west end of the island, so if it's important to you to be close to restaurants and bars, this isn't for you. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, etc. Do not expect any spices other than salt and pepper. The coffee maker does not take pods. The gauges on the range are unreadable, so expect to have some minor issues figuring out the burners. The biggest ick, unfortunately, is the bedding. The sheets are very cheap, and too small for the king mattress. The fitted sheet was constantly slipping off the mattress as soon as someone rolled over or got out of bed. The neighborhood is quiet and the beach lovely. Over all, a pleasant stay.”

Negative: One of the bedrooms is under the house and not actually in the house. While staying in that bedroom, if you need the restroom, you have to walk outside and upstairs to the main house. The bedroom also had a very unpleasant smell. Also, the photos on the listing must be old because the furnishings are completely different now. There is not as much patio furniture as shown in the photos.”

There was not 2 king beds as described and one room was down stairs under the home . The AC really worked . However there was a damp mold smell . “Property was spotlessly clean! Ample supply of pillows, blankets, towels, toilet paper. The only drawbacks were lack of staples usually present in rental homes, such as soaps & trash bags.Also, there was no k-cup coffee maker, though the brewer worked great once we found a store that sold coffee and other everyday supplies.Our biggest complaint is the relative lack of privacy; there are no blinds or curtains on the front wall of the house, which is almost completely glass, allowing a street view of the entire living area & kitchen.Overall, though, the Property was comfortable. We did enjoy our short stay.”

Host was friendly and responsive. For the price point, it was a decent stay overall. Negative: The home did not feel as advertised in terms of size/layout. The “third bedroom” was actually a separate room underneath the house, detached from the main living area, and had a strong musty smell. The pull-out couch was unusable due to missing/broken springs. The pool was closed and under construction during our stay. The host frequently sent promotional/deal messages through the app, which became a bit excessive.”
