“We had a wonderful family getaway at this beautiful beach house, celebrating our little boy’s 9th birthday! Everyone, from the grandparents to the kids and our furry friend, had an amazing time. The house was cozy, well-equipped, and perfectly located just a short walk from the beach. Sam was a fantastic and attentive host. Thank you for making our stay so special and memorable. “Great little place within walking distance to the beach, Sharkies, gas stations, golf carts, etc. I love Surfside Beach and typically stay past Culture Coffee, but I’m so glad I stayed here! It was literally the PERFECT spot to get to all of my go to places in Surfside. The host was super responsive and accommodating. I would def recommend, and I will def be booking again!”

“The location was great and we really enjoyed being close to the beach. The home was nice, however there were a few maintenance and cleanliness issues during our visit, and for the price, I expected a little more.”

“Everything was pretty clean and well maintained. The room with bunk beds, the living room, and the bathroom have window A/C units. However, the “master bed” has no A/C. They have several fans so we turned 3 of them on the stay cool. Of course it’s Summer time so it’s pretty hot during the day.Other than that, everything was okay!”

“Host was fabulous with communication and quick and polite with responses. When we arrived the door know was missing but we were able to enter via deadbolt. The central ac does not work. Host sent Maintenance out and he was lovely and let us know that he has brought an extra window ac but had no place to install it. He did everything he could to cool the house down as it was 83 degrees inside. Wifi network also does not show up. The kitchen was also quite dirty which wasn't the worst as we just cleaned it up. Overall the Host is quick to respond and if they remedy a few things the stay would be awesome. Just a few items such as ac. Again, Host is very polite and responsive which was lovely as well as the maintenance guy. He was so kind to us.”

“I love this place but they need to fix a few things. 1. Replace the missing blinds in second bedroom. 2. The front left burner on the stove does not work. 3. 2 of the 4 fans are broken. 4. Something is wrong with the bedroom tv remote. It is a great location and I stay here often.”

Anyone from outside could see inside Bed strings on room 2, worn down. Screeky noise when moved There is a loose cable near the entrance of the house. Dangerous if a child touches it”
