● Private Pool: This home features a custom state of Texas in-ground pool with a depth ranging from 3 to 6 feet and overlooking Galveston Bay.

● Pet Policy: 3 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Large Groups: We love hosting church groups and large family gatherings, however groups over the size of 16 guests must be approved prior to booking.

● Parking: There is room for up to 5 cars in the driveway.
