● Beach Access: Less than a two-minute drive from the Jamaica Beach access point. Cars and golf carts are allowed to park on the beach.
● Private Pool: This home features a large, in-ground pool that ranges from 4 ft to 6ft deep.
● Community Amenities: Guests have access to the Jamaica Beach community pool for a fee — open Memorial Day – Labor Day — and city park.
● Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.
● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.
● Pet Policy: 3 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.
● Parking: We can fit up to 5 cars in the driveway.

One has a king bed, while the other features a queen and a twin-over-twin bunk. A full bathroom with a tub/shower combo is conveniently located in the hallway.
Kids will love the downstairs bunk room! Two twin-over-full bunks and a trundle comfortably sleep seven. Challenge your crew to foosball or catch shows on the flat-screen TV. A half bath with washer and dryer completes the lower level.
