“There were only 2 of us but there is plenty of room for a family with a spacious kitchen, a nice, deep porch, really 2 porches, one block to the beach. It is an easy 10 minute drive into Galveston for groceries, restaurants or other attractions. The host was quickly responsive. We added one day to our reservation and the instructions were clear, easy to follow. We had a very tranquil, lovely time.”

“We originally booked a hotel for our vacation but quickly realized the hassle it came with. After seeing this house within walking distance of the beach, we decided to book this instead. The beach access here is also way easier to get to and is not crowded like other parts. We brought our two kids and were happy that we didn’t have to cross any roads to get to the beach and the house was well equipped with everything we needed. We are definitely booking here again in the future! Thanks again.”

“Lovely house! Easy 2 minute walk to beach! Everything we needed in the kitchen! Loved the covered upper deck patio table for my large family to gather! Can slightly see beach between houses. But you sure can hear the waves! Only complaint was there was no bedding for the pull out sofa. When I text they said they’d get back to me but never did. Could use extra blankets and towels there.Will absolutely stay in the future.”

“This house worked out perfectly for a weekend trip from Houston. The house was clean and in a great location. Beach is only a 3 minute walk away.”

“The third queen bedroom is separate/outside downstairs (we did not use as it had a very strong damp/old smell). If your cooking the have pots and a small fry pan, may need to bring a pan. On to the positives: House was clean and cold (July heat this matters!). Television in the living room only. Easy walk to the beach. Good place to unplug and relax. Plenty of space we were a group of 8- 4 adults and 4 kids.”

“I loved at least 90% of everything, and that's a big deal. Beautiful surroundings. Lots of room. Amazing in so many ways. Beer cans, wine corks, cigarette burned baking pans, and dark hair balls were annoying. No hot water, only warm and lasts enough for a third of a tub to be filled pissed me off. Everything else was fantastic. Beautiful. So good.”
