“Our stay was amazing. We really enjoyed the closeness to the beach and the pool is right across the street from us so we could see it from our balcony. There was more than enough room for our family. We definitely utilized the golf cart that we rented just going back-and-forth to the beach. The host is extremely informative and responsive. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quiet place to relax. I will have to say the sunset from the balcony is exquisite!”

“The only downside to the house was that they did not have an air conditioner in the top bedroom and there were air conditioner units throughout the house that could not keep up with the outside heat making the house a little warm during the day. Other than that we loved the house and the area. We were right across from the swimming pool and area where you can fish and the kids loved it. It was also in walking distance from the beach. We could sit on the front porch and watch the sunset and sunrise which was gorgeous. The host was very responsive and provided us with recommendations for everything in the area. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again.”

“Everything was just as described! I wish we would have brought extra towels but thankfully they had a wash and dryer so we could wash all the towels! The upstairs gets a little warm but cools off at night. We had a great time with plenty of room for everyone.”

“Our stay was great despite a few flaws. The dining room light was broken and central AC thermostat wasn't adjustable, but they did have many small AC units situated all over the house and in every room. The small room upstairs was unbearably hot, so we couldn't even use it. Thankfully, we didn't have to use it. What stood out for me was the location. We're within walking distance to a private marina where the kids could go fishing. Nearby is a small but empty pavilion where, I'm guessing, we can bring our own tables and chairs to eat out while the kids can fish and maybe catch some crabs. I'm not sure if it's allowed though. Overall, it was a good place to stay.”

“1) The central AC unit was locked and set to 75 degrees, making the house very hot. The rental also had split AC units, but instructions said we could not set them lower than 70 degrees. 2) The trash bin at the house was full of garbage upon arrival. It smelled like it had been sitting there for a while and it made the down stairs space with a fire pit unusable because of the horrible smell. 3) The washing machine inside the house is broken. We spoke with the host and they gave us instructions, but it never worked despite efforts to fix it. 4) After midnight large cockroaches began appearing around the house. Overall the hosts were helpful but I recommend that they check on the house in between guests to keep up on maintenence, we were not very happy with our stay.”
