“Spent a weekend here for a Family trip, It was about 20 of us here and the house was big enough for all of us. The neighborhood was private and quiet. There were 2 rooms that had a queen and 3 story bunk bed in the listing but when we arrived there was only 1 room that had 3 story bunk and the other had 2. The beds upstairs were very flat and not very comfortable. The couch bed mattress did not have any cushion and felt like we were sleeping on the springs. Luckily we brought an air mattress. Kitchen/Dining area was clean and spacious but did not have enough pans or cookware to use. Beach area was very close by and not packed at all. The Grocery stores, pier, restaurants, and ferry was about 30-45 mins away but we did not mind the drive. Overall it was a nice place to stay and we had a great time.”

“Host was super helpful and responsive and even altered my reservation for number of guests at the last minute! Gorgeous, spacious house, basically two living rooms, two porches, what a great extended family vacation spot! Would DEFINITELY return and highly recommend for low key - peaceful, relaxing and very private escapes! Terramar Beach is across the street - not many people and not much traffic - SUPER easy access/ parking to the beach at all hours. Wish we didn't have to leave! ❤️”

“We took our family here and they didn’t want to leave! We had to extend for another night. The house accommodated our large group of sixteen including two toddlers. The location was great for the beach but it’s a 25 min drive to the stores and restaurants. There is a fishing pond ( catch and release) that my grandsons really enjoyed. We definitely recommend”

“This home was the perfect location for a peaceful and fun girls beach trip. The house was wonderful, and the kitchen had a wide variety of utensils to use. Everything was really clean, and there was definitely enough space to make everyone on our trip feel comfortable. It is really close to a grocery store, and some yummy restaurants, as well as a short walk to the beach. Also, if you didn’t want to walk, you could drive up straight onto the beach (which was right across the street), which makes it really easy to carry any beach supplies that you brought with you. Natalie was extremely fast and her responses and very helpful all around. I would recommend this place to group trips or any family who is looking for a nice place to stay at Galveston Beach!”

“Make sure you bring your own pans and pots, the ones they have were rusted from rain like they were left outside, bed makes squeaky noises and the bunk beds are sinking down, the upstairs toilet moves down when you sit down and the upstairs sofabed is uncomfortable, i let the owner know of these problems and did nothing about it, i expect to have pans and pots for the price im paying for the house rental i dont expect to spend more money on just pans and pots, and especially leaving the vacation with back pain”

“Natalie was sweet, professional and responsive but she definitely needs to find another cleaning crew. Upon arrival, we noticed that the floors were dirty. Chip crumbs and hair were on the floors throughout the house. The washroom was dirty, the stairs had hair and food on them, my aunt found chips in her bed when she pulled back the sheets the first night (which led us to believe that they probably were not changed from the previous guests), the walls had food stuck to them and the house looked like it hadn’t been dusted in months. Natalie did send a lady to “clean” the next morning after I sent photos but the cleaning lady only came with a vacuum. While vacuuming, she found broken glass on the living room rug which could’ve definitely been an issue if one of us would have stepped on that during our stay. I’ve stayed in several Airbnbs & have never been in one this unclean. I will say the location was nice, it was quiet and spacious enough for our family.”

“Natalie was very responsive and the place was nice. The only issue we experienced was that the beds made noise with even the slightest movement, which affected our sleep. Other than that, everything else was great.”
