From 38 nights to 138. Same season, same home.

"If you are an STR owner in Galveston evaluating management companies, this is for you. When I started my STR in 2024, I interviewed a number of companies, including BeachBox, and management fees ranged from 15% to 25%. I decided to go with a company that had a lower management fee and started out in summer 2024. After a full year I wasn't happy with where things ended up. In the meantime, Bennett at BeachBox kept showing me projections of what they could do, but I was skeptical. In December of 2025, I decided to make the switch. December '24 to April '25 with the previous company, I had 38 nights booked. December '25 to April '26 with BeachBox, I had 138 nights booked. A significant change in occupancy and revenue, which more than makes up for the higher management fee. Bennett and Deema are great to work with, and Zana, who operates the day to day, is easy to get in touch with and runs things seamlessly. It's early, but this is my experience with BeachBox. If you are considering switching companies, I would give them a serious look."
