It is two blocks from the beach and a great location!

● Location: Treasure Island beach community of Surfside, Texas

● Beach Access: The home is located just up the street from the Treasure Island beach access point, a three to five minute walk or 30 second car ride. Plus there’s excellent fishing at San Luis Pass just a minute drive away!

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: 2 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Parking: There is room for 4 cars in the driveway.

Inside, the home welcomes you with a comfortable, no-fuss layout designed for restful nights and easy, unhurried days. Three well-arranged bedrooms give everyone a spot to settle in. The first is a kid-approved favorite outfitted with two twin-over-twin bunks (four twin beds total) — a fun, flexible sleeping space that works beautifully for younger travelers, cousins doubling up, or guests needing extra beds. The second bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed, perfect for parents, grandparents, or a visiting couple, while the third is a true grown-up retreat with a restful king-sized bed. Two full bathrooms serve the home — one with a shower and a second featuring both a tub and a separate shower, offering a touch of spa-style comfort you don’t always find in Gulf Coast rentals this size.
