Come on in to the main level and settle into a bright, open-concept layout where the living room, kitchen, and dining area flow easily together — the ideal setup for shared meals, morning coffee, and easy nights in with the crew. All three bedrooms live on this same level, giving the home a convenient single-floor feel. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and a private en-suite bathroom complete with both a tub and shower — a comfortable retreat for the grown-ups at the end of the day. The second bedroom offers a restful queen-sized bed, while the third is a kid-approved bunk room outfitted with two twin-over-twin bunk beds. A shared full bathroom in the hallway rounds out the main floor. Down on the ground level, you’ll find a bonus full bathroom conveniently located near the tiki bar and laundry room — a genius setup for rinsing off after a day on the water without tracking sand or wet feet through the main house.
