I understand the lack of power due to the hurricane was out of your control. However, the state and condition of the vacation home is totally in your control and was absolutely unacceptable, unsanitary and unsafe. In addition you false advertised what I was getting. The cleaning crew did not arrive until the next day. And they DID NOT clean it up, all they did was ask us if we were checking out and when we said not at that moment they left without addressing the issue. We had to clean it ourselves. Also when we first arrived we could barely open the door to get in. There was a pile of window shingles blocking the door on the inside. There was literally a pile of about 60 of them in the middle of the floor inside the home. Next we had no working toilets. One bathroom had a toilet that had a broken tank, a hole at the bottom of it.
