Kate brings years of hands-on experience in operations and hospitality to her role as Laundry Facility Manager. She has owned and operated a successful housekeeping company since 2013, developing a strong foundation in service quality and team management. Kate earned her degree from Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi and is passionate about maintaining high standards and efficient processes in every aspect of her work, and she often shares a simple tip with guests visiting Galveston: pack a light cover-up or extra towel when heading out for the day, as the coastal breeze can turn a sunny beach afternoon into a cool evening surprisingly fast.
