Tracie is a fifth-generation Houstonian and a proud Aggie with more than 30 years in the hospitality industry. For the past 10 years, she has made Treasure Island her home, and during that time she has built strong relationships with short term rental homeowners across Surfside, Treasure Island, and Galveston. At BeachBox, Tracie plays a key role in welcoming new homeowners, guiding them through the onboarding process, and lending her expertise to a wide range of projects. Her deep local roots and decades of experience make her a trusted resource.
