“Great house in a beautiful neighborhood walking distance to the bay and beach. Definitely a great house for the price. J Positive: It was a good size for the price, it was clean, plenty of room for our group and it was in a nice neighborhood. Negative: The only complaint was the beds were very uncomfortable . Didn’t get much sleep at all, I even bought a mattress topper for our bed and it still didn’t help.”

“Beautiful home. The kitchen had plenty of pots and pans to cook. The location was close to the ocean walking distance. You can hear the ocean on the balcony. First floor was perfect for children with the arcade games. The adults enjoyed it too. Loved the charcoal grill outside. My family had an absolute lovely time. Plenty of space to gather. Very cozy”

“Our stay was great. The house was cozy and welcoming. The kids loved the arcade games and fuseball table. Only suggestion I would say is to advertise the ground level bedroom and bath so those who can't manuever stairs know it's ground level accessible. (If that was already on the listing and I missed it I'm sorry!)”

“Fun place. A few things that were a surprise, the game room only has an outside entry. We had to change sleeping arrangements a bit once we realized this. It ended up being nice having a separate area for the kids to play while fixing dinner. No dressers in the house. Only one closet in the master. Coffee pot didn’t work, and the kitchen sink faucet locked up, but we were able to fix it. The dryer struggled to keep up with our several loads of towels. Some boards on the deck took out a few toes over the week. The French doors were hard to shut without slamming. The pool access, you have to pay 100 for a 7day pass for 10people, and it’s closed by 8pm. Pros: beds were comfy! The kids enjoyed the game room. Lots of rooms. The master bathroom had nice double sinks. Beach access was awesome and just a quick drive!”

“We bought this house as a spur of the moment mini vacation with our kids after I received the news I was Cancer free! YAY!! It was a good house. However I would say that there were several details left out and the house needs a lot of maintenance. It had a huge hole (my baby could’ve easily fallen through it) on the front deck and the back decks whole railing sways with the wind. I later realized it wasn’t nailed down at all and my children could’ve easily fallen off the second story. So my kids wernt aloud to hang out outside on either deck. Also the high chair was so dirty when we got there that my husband had to take it outside and wash it with soap and the water hose just so that our baby could eat at it. Also the drain in the master birth is broken and my little kids couldn’t take baths due to no stopper. Other than that, it was a good stay.”
