“We had a great stay! The house had plenty of space for our group and was perfect for hanging out and having a good time together. The beach was an easy walk away, with beautiful views, a nice breeze, and plenty of outdoor seating and areas to relax. We especially enjoyed the downstairs area where we played ping pong, and we spent a lot of time outside playing games and just enjoying the weather. At night, being able to see the stars was a huge plus. There’s also a bar nearby, and visiting the fishing pier was really cool. The whole area felt laid-back, and the people around us were very chill and friendly. We had karaoke nights, watched movies, baked a cake, played games, and made a lot of great memories here. Overall, it was the perfect spot for a fun and relaxing beach getaway with a group. We’d definitely stay again!”

“It’s a great house. Lots of beds and bathrooms. Close to public beach access. Pretty far from the main Seawall about a 25 minute drive. The area was really nice. We felt safe and had a wonderful time!! The balconies were great and the guys made good use of the ping pong table in the garage. We would definitely come back!! They were very responsive and it was easy to check in and out.”

“Had a few things that didn’t work around the house (light switch, tv remote, board game, microwave door, etc.). There also was a loud humming noise that came on in the middle of the night that sounded like some type of motor trying to work that disrupted my parents and in-laws sleep on the bottom floor. Over all, the place is nice, clean, and spacious!”

“This house was very spacious. Almost every room had a private bathroom. The host communicated with me for every question very fast! When we got there the key was missing to get in but within ten minutes the host responded with another key spot to use. My only suggestion would be extra blankets for anyone wanting to sleep on the couches. No big deal we could bring our own next time. Also some of the ceiling fan remotes were missing so two rooms couldn’t use their ceiling fans. I believe the host knew this since those rooms had box fans in them. We want to book this house again and again!!!”

“Big Tuna was the perfect house for our 6 couple church retreat. The layout was fantastic, the accommodations were good. Kitchen was big. Had the weather been nicer we would have all sat at the same table outside but we had to utilize the big round table for 8 and the 4 bar stools at the counter. It was very close to the beach, walking distance easily. It was a good find.”

“Our family very much enjoyed our stay. The beach house is beautiful with plenty of space. Only a few minor details that would keep me from saying it was perfection. The room I stayed in happened to have a lingering smell of foot odor. Every other room smelled fine. After a few days it seemed a little better. As a family who loves watching TV in bed, more TVs in the bedrooms would be top notch. But a marvelous stay with ease of access to the beach! Go down to Allex’s fish market and get some fresh seafood to cook in the fabulous kitchen with your family. Fun times!”

“This home provide a large and comfortable base to explore the nearby coastal area. There was plenty of space and good communication from our hosts. The home’s layout encouraged the right balance of private recharge areas with more socially inviting ones. Worth noting, even essentials like salt and oil were not on hand in the pantry.”

The few recommendations I have are that for our group size the house didn’t have enough towels, mini sized soap and some of the essentials were missing in the kitchen.”

Only issue which I did call and let someone know, we could not get the front door to lock on the outside the door handle is very loose. Even with following the instructions on how to lock, it would not.”
