About the Space
Welcome to Big Tuna, a stunning 6 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom beach house in Galveston’s highly desired Sea Isle subdivision. This spacious and stylish home offers the epitome of luxury coastal living with its beautifully designed interior, high end appliances, delightful outdoor living space, proximity to the beach and access to the nearby community pool and fishing pier.
● WINTER TEXAN RATE: Escape to the Texas Gulf Coast this winter! Ask about our reduced monthly rates October 1 – March 1.
● Location: Sea Isle beach community of Galveston, Texas
● Beach access: 30 second drive to the Sea Isle beach parking lot, or 5 minute walk.
● Community Amenities: Guests have access to the Sea Isle community pool for a fee— open Memorial Day thru Labor Day— and the community boat launch and fishing pier with the provided keys.
● Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.
● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.
● Pet Policy: 3 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.
● Large Groups: We love hosting church groups and large family gatherings, however groups over the size of 14 guests must be approved prior to booking.
● Parking: There is room for up to 5 cars between the garage and driveway.
● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.
● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.
● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

“Big Tuna was the perfect house for our 6 couple church retreat. The layout was fantastic, the accommodations were good. Kitchen was big. Had the weather been nicer we would have all sat at the same table outside but we had to utilize the big round table for 8 and the 4 bar stools at the counter. It was very close to the beach, walking distance easily. It was a good find.”

Additional Rules
- - Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- - One-night stays must be approved.
- - Groups larger than 14 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- - Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- - Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- - All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- - No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- - Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- - Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- - Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
