“Nice enough, but pretty far from town. Also, the balcony railing is quite rickety at the top on the right side. Someone could tumble off that big drop with a push against that unsecured railing. Stairs were pretty badly sloped as well at the top.”

IT S PERFECT AND CLOSED BY beach , restaurants, pool is cute it s perfect for outdoor time The only problem we had was , we came in cold time and no blankets , only the “summer’s ones “ . The first night we get so so cold even with heater , 2nd night we went to buy electric blanket…. New year was perfect in this cute, cozy and comfortable beach house . We ll go back in spring and summer !”

“I chose this property at the very last minute for a get-away with my grandchildren who are 20, 18, and 13 when i realized they all had a few days off from work and summer responsibilities. I love the location, the proximity to the beach, the cleanliness, etc. We had an amazing Galveston visit. It is smaller than I would rent for a week, but for a couple of days it was perfect. While the beach is not private, it is very exclusive and not at all crowded.”

“6 adults and 2 children fit nicely in the home. Excellent location, both to the beach and conveniences. House was well stocked with shower towels as well as every kitchen utensil needed. House was very clean overall. We did have to reach out to the management company during our stay (unrelated to the home itself) and they immediatly replied and handle the issue. Overall we will look to rent this house again for future island visits.”

“Great location. Two flights of stairs so we got a good workout. Very close to beach and our dog loved it. No fenced in yard but nice fire pit. FYI bring soap. Kitchen had everything and bedrooms were very comfortable.”

“StayBeachBox was perfect for my family. We only booked for two nights, my 14 year old participated in the Galveston Beach Blitz Soccer Tournament. The place was dog friendly. It was at a good distance from both sides of the island. We fished off the surf, caught a few fish, we also had fun in the sand and sun. Overall, it was a great place for the price.”
