“The property was in the perfect location for us to dock our boat for the week during Red Snapper season. The property was clean and perfect for our needs. The downstairs has arcades which the kids enjoyed. Comfortably sleeps 12 people as indicated with plenty of parking. Will definitely book this property again.”

“This wasn’t a typical beach stay. We needed space for 3 separate families for 2 nights. This was a great option and great stay. Some issues at the beginning, but all recovered from as soon as possible. Would be nice if closer to ocean in the summer. But still would be great!! ”

“House was as described and comfortable. No complaints and would stay again. I like that all the StayBeachBox properties had a certain level of quality about them that gives me confidence in renting from them. We sleep and spend most of your time on the 2nd floor. The first floor was a game room/extra bedroom with washer dryer and full bath. Like most gulf coast houses, I think it was previously a garage and will flood during hurricane season so not the comfortable to sleep in or spend too long there as it smells from time to time. Not an issue for me as this was miles away a much better room than most garages in the area.”

“Quiet neighborhood close to everything you need, bait, boat ramp, great fishing, beach, and food. The house has two story , fun and games on bottom floor with washer and dryer, and restroom with shower, separated from top floor which has three quaint bedrooms full bathroom. The kitchen and family room are combined with an outside deck . Boat mooring area in little water cut in between all the beautiful homes. The mosquitoes patrol spays for mosquitoes so they are not a problem. GREAT STAY”

“I stayed at this property to celebrate my God-son’s graduation. The place was perfect. We had such a delightful stay. The rooms were fitting for the amount of people that stayed and the outside setting was perfect for the company we had for the dinner. We cooked and ate and had a wonderful time with the beach just footsteps away. We loved it and we will definately celebrate other events here!”

There are a few small issues with the property that you can read about in other reviews, but since we were aware of them before booking none were deal breakers for us. If you're looking for perfect you can pay twice as much somewhere else and get it! We were looking for affordable and this sure met that requirement! We had a wonderful 5 night stay 😁 ”

“The house is absolutely beautiful. Everything was very clean, & I absolutely loved the downstairs gameroom. There were a couple softspots in the floor upstairs to look out for; and if i could make 1 improvements itwould be more lighting outside on the water.”

“Quiet neighborhood close to the beach. House is decorated super cute and there was plenty of space for 6 adult people. The only downside we really could see was only having the 1 full bath upstairs to share between the 6 of us. There is a game room downstairs that has a secondary full bath in it, but to get to this you have to exit out of the house, go down the steps outside and then unlock enter it. Think of it as a Mother In Law suite without the beds. We did not utilize this space but I do know there are some arcade machines down there and would be great for kids.Warning on the mosquitos and this isn't by any way the fault of the property.. just a fact of life. The mosquitos were BAD in the evening and again in the morning. We really couldn't enjoy the firepit as we had planned but that's okay. We'd definitely stay again. ”

“Starting with our negative experience. The property was not very clean i.e. the refrigerator had not been cleaned, dusty headboard and stained pillowcases in the primary. Initially propery looked well put together however due to water damage or maybe simply age it was evident this house had some issues. The positives are great neighborhood, downstairs entertainment was fun, and access to the canel was fabulous. “This was perfect for what I needed. The price was great. The bed was comfortable. It was quiet. The waterfront was peaceful. For the price I’d do it again! There is a downside for a low price. There are weak spots in the floor that could be a tripping hazard if one is not careful. The coffee pot had grounds left in the basket and I had to find a broom to sweep the floor after I arrived I left a pillow behind and was told they could not find it which is remarkable since it had a green case and all the others were white. Regardless, I would stay again if I’m the area. The benefits out way any of the inconviences. ”

“The property is cute and adequate for a stay short or long. It does have a boat slip and you can fish right there. Just be aware the house is worn down a bit , but nicely furnished and clean. Quiet neighborhood that felt safe!”

“The cleaning of the restroom and kitchen was not very good. The floors were broken in areas that made it a little unsafe. It needs new subfloor to make it stable. I moved the chair in the living room to cover one hole and put hand towels over the others to prevent stepping in those spots. There also are no bunkbeds downstairs as posted. Also, the sunshade on upper deck was not there and the sun coming in the glass doors was so very hot. Having no shades on the doors of living room left no privacy after dark. We really liked the area and the home but fix the few flaws and it would be an easy 5 star place to stay. ”
