“The house was clean and had all that was described. The dishwasher wasn't working during our stay, but that was okay for us. The house had tons of room and the game room was great. The kitchen was awesome and has all the things needed for cooking. The host was great with communication. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Had a handful of teenagers and this place had enough room for the kids to have fun upstairs and the adults relax downstairs. Beach was just a quick jot down the road. Loved the porch and chairs to just chill outside. The beach was nice, not crowded, plenty of space to spread out and you can park on the beach! Kids are still talking about the house, the beach, the area and wondering when we are going back and can we stay at the same place. Definitely will be going back to the area and hope to stay in the same place. Had ages from 15 to 77 and fun was had by all. Great communication with the host. We all had a great time. Thank you.”

“House was clean with the wear & tear you would expect for a beach rental. Setup is great for everyone to have their own bed and wonderful for kids. Proximity to the beach was great, truly a short 5 min walk, or just drive because you can drive on the beach. No beach chairs or toys, etc. so definitely bring your own!”

“Brought my family to celebrate Christmas and we had a great weekend. The kitchen was amazing to cook in. Much bigger than it looks in the pictures. It had almost everything I needed to cook Christmas dinner. They had plenty toilet paper, towels, trash bags and other amenities. The beds were all very comfy and the kids LOVED the huge bathtub upstairs (it’s like a Roman bath, it’s enormous!). We enjoyed the ping pong table, fooseball table and the arcade games. Only small complaint is that the only bedroom with a TV is the master, most of the family likes to sleep with a TV on but, not a big deal. We would definitely stay again.”

“We had a great time with our large family! There was plenty of space for the kids to play outside and the games upstairs were a great touch. The best part is how close you are to the beach. Less than a 5 minute walk made it doable even with little kids. It’s a little more “lived in” than you see in the pictures, but nothing that hinders the stay at all. The biggest negative for us is that there are no cup towels provided for when you clean dishes. Plan accordingly!”

“Overall the property was nice. The location was great! There were some bugs in one of the bathrooms that required a lot of cleaning to be able to use the shower and sink. There was also a leak in the kitchen from the dishwasher and maybe the AC unit. We could not tell where the water was coming from, it shouldn't be the AC because we kept it at 72. Everyone loved the house and there was plenty of space. We would definitely come back.”

“The house is nice. There are several repairs that need attention. A bathroom door that got stuck and my grandson had to have someone come get him out. Sliding door got off track. It was middle of night. Also, some plumbing issues, and another sliding glass door that is broken and unusable. The freezer handle is also broken. There were many little things like that, which need attention, but did not stop us from enjoying the house. Make sure you bring everything you need because there are NO extras. Good location. Like I said. Nice house , but needs some TLC.”

“We utilized this home for a leadership retreat for our church. It was very spacious, and had five bedrooms as well as an open area with bunk beds. We did have three individuals with mobility issues, and the only way to get to the upstairs of the house is a spiral Iron staircase. Otherwise, our stay was most enjoyable, and it was plenty of room. The pictures of the inside of the house are very accurate, the picture of the outside of the house, however, is not.”
