“The house is gorgeous and location is perfect! Sam was extremely responsive and addressed things immediately! We are extremely grateful for that. We just feel a few things need to be addressed and maintenance needs a little more attention. There were some safety concerns but overall we enjoyed our stay! Plenty of space for our large family.”

“PRO: great location and LOVED the views and seclusion the house offered. Cons: we had some MAJOR hiccups the first 24hrs. Arrived the front yard was flooded (ankle water deep) AC was out and took until 11pm to cool off. Pool was green majority of the time until the last day. Pool guy came first night filled the pool up drained the well and we had NO water on 2nd day. Communication was poor for us to get water back on. Magically after 1/2 the second day the water started working. They were pumping the water out of the driveway but took majority of the vacation to drain. (Could have done this sooner) We had to take the dogs potty on the beach due to yard being flooding so that was frustrating. So minus these hiccups the house was great and the view out weighed these hiccups and still had a great vacation .”

“This beach house is an absolute gem! What a dream! Our family had the best time splashing in the private pool and relaxing on the spacious deck. The house had plenty of room for all of us to spread out, and the kitchen and amenities had everything we needed. It was the perfect, stress-free beach getaway. Not to mention the private walk over to the beach! We are already talking about booking our next stay!”

“Location was great host was great. Host, would usually communicate within 20 minutes. Airbnb just needs a bit of an update mainly around the pool area and appliances(front two burners on stove didn’t work). The thin metal around the pool was rusted and cracked so I had to put a towel to prevent kids from stepping and cutting their feet, the worst part it the crack metal is right on the ladder to enter the pool wish I would have taking a picture for reference. Trash bins were full upon arrival, making it pretty difficult to throw any trash away during our stay. Overall a solid 4/5 stars”

“Check-in: Scheduled time for details was 3pm for 4pm check-in. These were received closer to 3:30 which was a somewhat stressful 30 minutes of wondering Property: As described/pictured. Some bedrooms are tight and several of the bunk beds are in downstairs area with separate exterior entrance. Our group of 13 all slept in main house. MOSQUITOS abound! Be prepared with ample bug spray. Pool was really only enjoyable during the day because of the mosquitos. Deck wonderful in the mornings and evenings. Location: Beautiful. Private boardwalk directly to Surfside Beach. Vehicles are allowed on beach with entrance 1/4 mile from house. Ice cream truck drives the beach! Beach is peaceful with clear water and large shallow area. Great location for stargazing. Local restaurants, coffee shop, and small store within 5 miles. We did find cleanliness concerns initially, but with time these were corrected/resolved. Overall great experience.”

“Check in was easy and simple. Location is perfect. House was spacious enough for our large family. This house is close to a 5 star review but it was dirty when we arrived. Even though the cleaning crew was still there finishing up at 5pm the house was still dirty. Crumbs on the bed, kitchen stove top not wiped down and floor was not swept. Communication with the management company was very easy and they were able to fix the problem with the game room water pressure quickly. Overall we had a wonderful time and the house itself is perfect for large groups and the beach access is very convenient. The pool is a plus! We would definitely rent this house again, just hoping it’s cleaner next time. We had a great time! ”
