“We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back! The house was very clean, had plenty of room for our group, and the air conditioning kept everyone comfortable even in the Texas summer heat. The pool was a highlight—it is much larger than the photos make it appear. We loved the table in the pool. Perfect place to play a game of dominoes. We also loved the addition of the fishing pier. The kids spent hours catching fish and made some of their favorite vacation memories there. Communication with the management team was easy and responsive from start to finish. We had been a little concerned about possible noise from the nearby boardwalk, but it turned out to be a complete non-issue. There are plenty of restaurants, shops, and entertainment all within easy walking distance. A big surprise was the fireworks show that was displayed out in the water in front of the house. This show happens every Friday night during June and July. Great bonus on this trip!!!”

“This was a beautiful, clean new property. We enjoyed having plenty of space and ofcourse loved being on the water. The location ended up being perfect for all ages and a lot to do. We appreciated the quick response from owners of any questions that arose but it was very easy to navigate and the house instructions were very clear. Overall everyone thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend at this property and hope to return one day!”

“Great family vacation- close to boardwalk and walking distance to restaurants. We were originally concerned with the proximity to the roller coaster but we could barely hear it!!! One thing to mention, house doesn’t supply pool towels and only one bath towel per person. Luckily we had family nearby and they brought pool towels (since I didn’t notice that they weren’t supplied) overall great location for our Easter vacation”

“Beautiful house, lots of space for everyone to spread out, amazing location, would definitely stay again but would want to make sure pool was clean. The water was cloudy and I asked the host about it and they were quick to respond to tell me they would look into it but didn’t hear back. “Spa” was clean so my grandson swam there. Still only one towel per person.”

“My extended family gathered at this beautiful house for a Canadian Thanksgiving celebration. The only thing more beautiful than the home is the spectacular bay view! We had plenty of room for our 11 guests and we couldn’t be happier with the location - right next to the Kemah boardwalk and within walking distance of many great restaurants! On the downside, we were only provided with one towel per person, which meant we had to do a lot of laundry, and the kitchens were not well stocked with necessities. There were only a few mismatched cups for morning coffee, only a K-Cup type coffee maker. And basic necessities such as trash bags, paper towels and additional toilet paper were not provided. Additionally, the pool was”

“Beautiful house and very clean. Listed coffee pot but we never found one. Pool was very clean. Outdoor furniture was dirty. This property had a hot tub but not listed as an aminity. Bring your own body wash, shampoo and conditioner. They supplied one small 3 inch tub of shampoo in each five bathrooms. Also, we did not have enough paper towels and garbage bags. Overall we had a wonderful time and it was a beautiful home and very clean.”

“I really enjoy the house. My only complaint this time is the the pool was doing weird things and they had work going on in the backyard so we really didn’t get to have a backyard during the day and the workers took up all the parking”

“Our stay at the StayBeachBox was incredible! We ALL wished we could have stayed longer. The property was beautiful and immaculate, clearly a new construction. The backyard was stunning, resembling something straight out of a magazine. ALL six bedrooms were spacious, each had its own full bath except for one of the bedrooms. I hadn't realized from the photos that the house had two kitchens and two family rooms. It worked out perfectly for a group of 10 people. The location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and even an amusement park all within walking distance. We all agreed we would come back to this same spot for our next vacation if the price is right!! Thank you for sharing your beautiful beach home and providing us with a clean place to stay!”
