“Very good place”

“Beautiful property. The check-in and checkout process is easy. The host communicates well and promptly. The reason why I didn’t give it a 5star is because both my husband and I tripped due to uneven concrete slabs located on the under deck. It was a bit dark and we couldn’t find any lighting in that specific area. There are stains on the couch and the house had a bit of a smell. I was aware of all this based on comments from other guest. I brought my own candles, cleaning supplies, hand soap, and toiletries. Overall, we enjoyed the stay”

“My family had a great time at this location. Perfect spot to stay, fishing off the bottom part of the house, roast marshmallows in the fire pit, kayaking, bbqing and just had a great time. It was also a plus, we brought our dog with us.. It was also very private, away from the crowd and very close to the beach!”

“The house was nice,. The WiFi was very fast so working from there was great. The pool table leans and many of the pockets are broken so balls fall directly onto the floor (very loud during a child’s nap…mama gets mad). Very limited on amenities”

“We had a great time at the property. The location was nice and quiet and close to the beach. We enjoyed fishing, we caught a lot by the dock. The property can use a bit of an upgrade but overall we had a wonderful family time and the house was big enough to accommodate our group. The host was very responsive. ”

“Chris Made our family Christmas stay spectacular! Wonderful views, gorgeous rooms, 2 beautiful kitchens, a peaceful hammock, plenty of beds to accommodate your family. The outdoor patio furniture is soft and the game room for the children was a huge hit! Great transparency and excellent hospitality from Chris. Me and my family will visit again. 1 side note: Bring your cooking pans as the home had very few. Outside of this, our stay was a wonderful experience.”

“We were a group of longtime friends getting together for a weekend trip, and unfortunately this rental did not fully live up to its expectations. The house was in a nice location and I did appreciate that the hosting company would respond to the messages in a timely manner. Addressing an actual concern is where things fell apart until the end when they made it right. We were sent several messages before our stay with an offer to check in several hrs early for $438.03 or check out late for $219.12 (to the penny). Clearly trying to drive revenue. But when we arrived at the normal, check-in the refrigerators upstairs weren't even working. We contacted the hosting company about the fridge, and we're told someone would come out, but the issue was never resolved. Instead we were asked to use the fridge in the non living area downstairs. A big hassle. If more focus by the hosting company was placed on taking care of the customer instead of increasing revenue this place would be much better.”

“Ok Charlotte redactó y dice: We had a lovely time and truly enjoyed our stay, but there are a few things future guests—and the host—should be aware of. The bathrooms were clean, and the social area was very nice and enjoyable. However, the kitchen was poorly stocked with utensils, making it difficult to cook. The BBQ tools were also missing upon arrival. Management kindly dropped some off on our second night around 9:30 p.m., which we appreciated, though it was just a few hours before our departure. The trash cans were already full when we arrived, likely not emptied after the previous guests. Mattresses throughout the house were very uncomfortable. For a house meant to accommodate 10 people for two nights, the toiletries provided were also extremely limited: only two small soaps and two tiny tubes of shampoo. Finally, the roof above the boat dock has a bird nest, which leads to a lot of bird droppings in the boat. A flat ceiling or bird spikes would go a long way in solving that.”

“Very peaceful neighborhood. Home has great potential. Linens and towels were clean and the air conditioning worked great. It was a bit smaller than we anticipated but it did match the description and the pictures were accurate.”

“The location of the home is great. A few things to consider, bring your own dish washing soap and also bring your own disinfectant spray. The home did have a funny smell, the house did have two leaks one underneath the kitchen sink and the other was the washer. Thankfully the host did have maintenance come by. The main bedroom did have stains on the comfortable, which I did notify the Airbnb host. (The cleaners should pay attention to the cleaning details.) The couch also had stains. The space of the home was great, the bed amount and the kitchen area, great.”

“My husband and I took our kids and a few of their friends (14-17) for a couple nights during Spring Break. The house was small but we did not feel cramped at all. Loved the amount of beds. The pool table was a hit. The only things that bothered us was the wall a/c unit in pool room smelled of eggs/sulphur, the kitchen isn’t stocked with important tools such as measuring cups/spoons, wine opener, and tongs, and the real kicker was the grill was rusted completed out and we were to be cooking burgers for 12 people when we checked in. I did report it right away kind of expecting them to send a replacement but just got a response of “thanks for letting us know”. These were minor things but would’ve been nice to know so hopefully this helps the next guests. ”

“There were only had sheets on the bed. It was a feel like temperature of 35F during our stay, without blankets, we nearly froze in the night. Lights didn’t work, contacted them, they said they’d come to check it out but no one showed up. the water for the shower didn’t get very hot. We had Luke warm water showers all weekend.”

“It was just an okay place to stay. The cons: The foundation of the house clearly has issues as all the floors slant and you feel like you're walking uphill when you enter. The kitchen lights don’t work and some of the outlets don’t work. Also the pool table is unplayable. Pros: Lots of spaces to sleep, 2 min drive to public beach entrance, fully stocked kitchen, and clean. Overall we enjoyed our stay and for the price it was fine.”
