“My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! The pool and game room were a big hit! The description and photos of the home are 100% accurate! The host was very responsive to any question we had. We would definitely stay again!”

“Overall, our family had a good time staying here in July 2026, and would probably stay here again. This listing is shown and priced as a fun (not luxury) house for a large group and it is definitely fun! Pros - • Large clean pool (cleaners came during the week, but were gone in a half hour) • Large outdoor space to hang with lots of chairs, bar area, outside fridge, and bathrooms. Just be sure to bring pool towels, floats, and lots of sunscreen because that pool is in full sun almost all day. • Well stocked kitchen • AC worked well in the house & individual barn rooms • Lots of parking Cons - • The barn can get very hot with the AC exhaust from the barn rooms. The ceiling fans & doors open helped. • The house is pretty basic, and amenities could use a refresh - some broken items, and very worn out BBQ grill & fire pit. Nothing that was a deal breaker.”

“This home was perfect for our needs! The rooms in the backyard are such an amazing idea! Pool was clean and awesome to have since we're 30 mins from good beach. But it had everything we needed for a good time. It was clean, a/c worked great. They spray for mosquitos in the neighborhood, so that wasn't an issue. The cons were that the dryer wasn't working and we didn't know until we had wash a full load, so we had to lay out clothes everywhere. They apologized but never offered a solution. Dishwasher was also broken, they came out to fix it but then we started it at night and woke up to a disgusting mess everywhere. It bad backed up. Again, they apologized it wasnt working but we were having to handwash everything and clean up the floor. Some kind of discount off or something would've been nice. But overall, we'd definitely stay here again as long as appliances were working. It was a great stay!”

“It was a great set up for multiple families so everyone had space. Pool was beautiful but too cold to use. No shower pressure in main house and a few items need replaced due to over use: firepit, grill, normal wear. Overall it was a nice spot for a short stay. Warmer weather would make it a better option when pool is useable. Great little dinner spots near and Kemah isn’t far for more adventure.”

“The game room and bedrooms were perfect for kids of all ages. We put 4 kids 10 and under in one room off the game room. We put 4 kids over 13 together in the house. The adults took the other rooms. The dog had some space too. We ate at the pool. The different age groups could watch TV in different spaces, also a positive! ”

“We had a wonderful time at this rental! The beds were very comfortable, and the space was exactly what we needed for a great spring break. The game room setup in the barn was a huge hit—we used it a ton! The pool was also a great addition, giving us plenty of ways to relax and have fun. The location was perfect—tucked away in a quieter area that didn’t feel overly touristy, yet still just a short drive to bigger towns and plenty of activities for the whole family. We’d definitely stay here again!”

“We really enjoyed our stay! Beautiful and very specious house! There were a few minor issues but nothing major. Like one of the toilets was leaking water and one of the fans wasn’t working. The host was very helpful and very fast reply to any questions. Pool was beautiful we just didn’t get to enjoy due to the cold weather. Also easy check in and easy check out instructions as well. Definitely a fun place to stay during the summer!!”
