“The house was a good size for our family-- grandparents, son, and 3 grandkids. There were beds for everyone which was very nice. The hosts were very helpful and responsive to our questions and needs. There is a great waffle maker in the kitchen that we enjoyed making use of. We were very excited that the house had both a pool and a fire pit. Our grandchildren love to swim and play in a pool, and they love making s'more at a fire pit. We were disappointed that they only got to swim once, and we never got to use the fire pit because the mosquitos were SO bad even after spraying. Might be the time of year for mosquitos! Be aware that when they say there are stairs, there are lots of stairs--up to the front door and back door, to bedrooms and bathrooms, to the deck and pool. There is a nice powder room downstairs with the kitchen and living room, however. Be sure to check out the hosts "what to bring" list because it's very helpful. Also, they offer discounted rental on beach equipment!”

“We stayed for two nights. The house was clean and well equipped, but we had a few issues. The main problem was that the switch controlling the kitchen lights didn’t work. We reported it, and management offered to send someone on Sunday, but since we had plans outside the house, we didn’t want a technician coming while we were away. The mosquitoes in the area are intense, so enjoying the outdoors is almost impossible, and even getting into the car you’ll take a few with you. We also found a couple of cockroaches inside. The towels provided are very thin, so bring your own, and if you get cold, bring an extra blanket. Even when we set the upstairs temperature to 74°F, it stayed around 69–70°F. The Wi-Fi isn’t very fast, especially upstairs; we couldn’t connect our laptop, and when connected, it constantly disconnected. On the positive side, the kitchen has everything you need, the pool is clean, the hosts respond quickly, and the location is close to the beach, restaurants, and fun place”

“Had clear instructions of how to check in before we arrived. House was easy to find was in a great location and very quiet neighborhood. Pool was absolutely great and all guest that were with us were very comfortable. I look forward to trying to visit again in the future with family and friends”

“Had a great time in July staying at this VRBO with family. Pool was clean. Very nice to get out of the heat. Pictures don’t show it but there are chairs around the pool to relax. Plenty of room for 7 adults. Lots of stairs. Would have been nice if there was a small table and chairs to eat outside on the back deck but we made due. Fire pit was fun to sit around a make s'mores. Close to stores and the Seawall. Hosts responded extremely fast which was very nice. Would definitely stay again. ”

“My stay was amazing. I just wish I stayed longer. There were games included, the pool didn’t have lights but the porch light was very helpful, the house lights were adjustable to brightness, and the tv was magnificent. The area was spacious, the kitchen especially. My favorite area was the porch swing. The instructions were clear and the host was very responsive. The area was very nice and it was a good distance to shops, fast food places, and entertainment areas. Overall it was a great time and I would book again.”

“We stayed one night in the house. It is beautiful with very comfortable beds. It is spacious except the bedrooms (not master) are packed with beds. It didn't bother us but there isn't much room to move around due to all the beds. The only issue we had was no drain plug in the bathtub so I could bathe my grandson (easily fixed and I did notify the owner) and the couches need to be moved so they can be swept and mopped under - lots of food and dirt under them which my grandson was trying to get. Otherwise it was fantastic!”

“The overall stay was good however compared to similar stays the price was higher. The home was cozy and clean. The host also did a good job communicating, however had 0 flexibility for check in. The photos are hyped up, this is not a beachfront (or close to beach) home. The location is in a subdivision with a good bit of construction going on and farther off from grocery stores and restaurants. The bench had a broken piece and a few things like tiles on shower, I don’t see as a hazard but a heads up for anyone that doesn’t like these types of details.”

The backyard was great for roasting marshmallows and making s’mores in the fire pit. The kitchen has everything you need to make a meal vs eating out if that’s what you choose.
