“Thank you BeachBox! My friends and I were really impressed with our stay! We all had beds and the only real downside was sharing one bathroom lol. Beyond that the place was perfect for our needs! Only recommendation I would give is in the colder months to provide warmer blankets, the concrete and brick gets cold from outside so we were pretty bundled up staying in late October. But really no complaints, thank you beachbox for being responsive and helpful for us!”

“Our stay at this listing was exactly what we needed as a relatively large group looking for a place to stay the night before our embarkation day in Galveston. We arrived a little later in the evening, making parking and getting in a little difficult. However, the host very responsive in helping us ensure that we made it in properly. If we ever need a place to stay before our cruise, we will definitely look to see if this place is available!”

“This was a great location not far from the strand and the ports. It is right on the street which was a little busier during the morning/afternoon, but by evening it was quiet with almost no traffic. The location looks like a store front, which I thought was neat. I will say, however, that the blinds aren’t the best for privacy, but as I said, the street was not busy at all, and when you’re inside, it’s like being away from the rest of the world. The arcade games are fully functional and the spiral staircase to the loft is a lovely decorative touch (just don’t hit your head). The back patio is a great place to have morning coffee, if you can figure out the door. All the basic amenities were included, but if you are used to food or drinks being available, you won’t find them (there is coffee). This company promotes minimizing food waste. There were shampoos provided, but not enough; we brought our own anyway. Very clean, but we found a couple items under furniture that had been missed.”

“This space was super great and very unique! Requested the possibility of late check-out due to circumstances on the trip that prolonged our stay in the area, but the host did turn that down. Other than that, the place was awesome!”

“We loved the location of this place! We chose it specifically for that purpose, because it’s walkable to the areas we tend to gravitate towards. The vibe was a bonus. We typically travel with our grown kids and their littles, and this place, while incredibly fun, wouldn’t be our top contender with the littles in tow due to the lack of onsite laundry…but if it’s adults, we’re all in! We’ll definitely stay here again! Hands down loved it!!”

“Great place to stay right in the heart of Galveston - really close to the Cruise Port (which is what we were there for) with several restaurants and coffee shops in walking distance. Be advised it is located right off the street -- street parking only. Signs say only 2 hour parking allowed from 9am-6pm, we didn't have an issue since we arrived about 6 and were out by 11 the next day. But if you're staying multiple days, you might have to switch up your parking locations -- and be prepared to parallel park. The place is really neat, all three bedrooms have king-sized beds and are very comfortable, and the upstairs loft has 2 twin size beds. It was perfect for our group of 4 kids and 3 adults. The bathroom and kitchen areas were clean and the arcade games were a great bonus -- boys loved them!”

“This place was perfect for our needs. It was extremely close to the Carnival port, which was our whole reason for traveling to Galveston. The amenities were as listed. The check in, checkout process was simple. There was lots to do and very easy to walk to restaurants And sightsee. Very close to the beach.”
