“Loved this property. Waking up to the ocean and pier was beautiful! It was on a quiet back road. Isolated from everyone but still close to all of the restaurants and attractions. 10-15 minutes to get to our event. The communication was excellent and the directions were thorough.”

“We had a wonderful time at the house, was a great location, very peaceful area. We had plenty of room for everyone, and the fishing was great! We pretty much all caught fish, my only suggestions to the vacationer is be sure to bring seasonings you might use, the only thing supplied is coffee and filters. There were only 2 kitchen towels that I could find and no extra blankets that I could find… and no extra paper towels so might bring extra, I know they don’t have to supply some of this but some places do so just come prepared! The house is beautiful and we all loved it, would definitely stay again and I do recommend this property!! ”

“There few items need attention garbage disposal my nephew fix it wasnt working also the stove oven door would not stay close to use it took a long time to cook in and restroom no toilet paper holders and need extra blankets for winter and selves in refrigerator no soap in restroom no mop or cleaning items for being there this would help when staying at the house other that it was lovely and bed upstairs middle room bed frame was bent .”

“Excellent communication from the host. Spacious place with plenty of room and beds. I booked it to be able to fish with family on the private pier. A few of us caught fish including the kids. Ping Pong table was great for people who don’t fish. I would recommend and book again. Cons: bring your own racket and ping pong balls if you want to play. Not enough paper towels for clean up. Walmart was close by to purchase those items if necessary for us so not a big deal.”

Tip: try the new Lil’ Buffalo Grille nearby. We ate there 3 times in 4 days. Outstanding food and service. We plan to be back soon!”

“It’s a beautiful house, beautiful view, great place to fish. We had 10 adults, 3 kids. I would definitely recommend bringing your own towels and pots/pans. There’s an elevator that would’ve been really useful for my husband’s 75yr old mom but it’s closed off. The stove didn’t close and we told Jessica but no one ever came out to look at it. All in all tho, was a great trip.”

“This was a great space for our family of 6-9 adults and handful of kids. The location/view is beautiful and peaceful. We had a blast fishing off the pier, theres a swim Beach only a few minutes drive away. I give 4 stars overall as this is a rental property has some normal wear and tear. The mattresses are hard/firm. I would definitely rent again!”

“Loved this house on the bay! It was very clean when we arrived, great layout and a ton of space. The upstairs game room is perfect for the kids. The views were spectacular, gorgeous sunsets and the boardwalk / pier were great to have to walk around and fish from. A little lighting on the pier and fishing lights would be amazing out there, but it seems like a newer community so maybe one day. The beach is an easy an short 3 minute drive away. Jessica was great and easy to communicate with, we ended up staying an extra day and she made the process a breeze. We can't wait to come back and stay again, one of our favorite vacation rentals for sure!”

“We really enjoyed our time at the house! The layout was perfect for our group (two families plus grandparents). The kids loved the foosball and ping pong tables. I saw other reviewers had issues with the Wi-Fi. We couldn’t find one of the networks but Beach Box was responsive and got us connected to another network that worked great! The private pier was awesome for fishing. Our boys caught catfish, stingrays, blue crabs, and a redfish! I would trade not being on the beach for a safe, private pier where the kids could run around anytime, and Bermuda Beach was just a 5-minute drive. The house wasn’t super well-equipped but we were still able to cook some good meals in the house. The cleaning company did a decent job, but the floors and carpets need a good cleaning and some of the linens had hair. Truly, we loved this house and our family had a great time! We’d love to come back!”
