“Home was beautiful and was exactly what I needed for my large family vacation. Kids had a blast with the arcade games and ping pong table. Fishing was good. The whole reason we chose this house was the pier. Beds were very comfortable. Had a few issues with the smoke alarm going off in the middle of the night on all 4 nights we stayed. The company that managed the homes advice was to remove the batteries. Not sure how they thought that was going to work with 10’ ceilings. Also could only find one remote for the 3 T.V’s and couldn’t connect to the internet in our devices to use the Ruko app. The host- amazing.”

“Jessica's home was nicely located on a quiet cove where mornings and sunsets on the deck were perfect. The house was large with 2 king beds, which is great when traveling with other couples. The beds were very comfy. The kids loved the bunk room and the foosball and ping pong tables. It's not luxury as it could use some updating of paint, new carpet and furniture covers, as others had mentioned, but it was kept clean and at the right price point. It looks like a pool is coming soon, so that will make this place even better!”

“We enjoyed being together as a big group. It felt like being at home. Great hostess. For others, prepare to bring extra blankets if you like to be bundled up at night. Bring trash bags because there was only 2. Other than that we had a marvelous time. We will be back.”

“This place was a vibe, super peaceful, quiet, and the bay views are absolutely gorgeous. The dock is awesome and having the bay right in your backyard is hard to beat. We spent way too much time fishing out there (no complaints). Only suggestion: throw some rod holders on the dock and it’d be next level. A lighted dock with a fish cleaning station would also go perfectly with the setup. Already a 5-star stay, those little touches would make it legendary. Would 100% book again!”

“Would definitely stay here again. Nice quiet corner of the island, right on the water. The place is just as described. Any issues that were brought up Jessica was on them right away. Only 5 minutes from a public beach. The boardwalk behind the unit was awesome for early morning or evening family adventures. The only disappointment was the fishing was not as good as I had hoped and I will take that as our stay was fantastic. Will be staying here again hopefully in the summer months.”

It’s a little scary trying to find it for the first time in the dark. Bring your own water as they don’t provide any or have a water dispenser on the fridge. Bring extra blankets and pillows. “Loved this property. Waking up to the ocean and pier was beautiful! It was on a quiet back road. Isolated from everyone but still close to all of the restaurants and attractions. 10-15 minutes to get to our event. The communication was excellent and the directions were thorough.”

“We had a wonderful time at the house, was a great location, very peaceful area. We had plenty of room for everyone, and the fishing was great! We pretty much all caught fish, my only suggestions to the vacationer is be sure to bring seasonings you might use, the only thing supplied is coffee and filters. There were only 2 kitchen towels that I could find and no extra blankets that I could find… and no extra paper towels so might bring extra, I know they don’t have to supply some of this but some places do so just come prepared! The house is beautiful and we all loved it, would definitely stay again and I do recommend this property!! ”
