“The house is actually three different suites that can be individually rented within the same structure. It worked out perfectly for our crew when we were in Galveston for a wedding. There were 12 adults and 1 infant. The house is obviously old, but has everything we needed. It's walking distance to the beach. I read a review that indicated the house was dirty....and that wasn't our experience at all. The A/C system kept up well. The house has a nice outside area with a firepit, chairs/tables, and charcoal grill.We had issues with the codes working properly, but the communication to get it resolved was very good. They offered both earlier check in and later check out times for additional charges. This is a place I'd stay again.”

“We were looking for a place for our whole family + 4 foot ones could enjoy time together. This place was perfect! Lovely spaces, every staple you needed was there and the beds were so comfy! I side was very clean and smelled great. Great spaces to gather and the comforts of spaces to break out when some down time is needed. Home temp was great as well and the support team was extremely responsive if there were any questions. Totally recommend!”

“This is a unique older home in the heart of one of Galveston's historic neighborhoods. It has large rooms for eating and gathering's, the bedrooms are nicely furnished, and the kitchens are well stocked. Communication with the management company was very responsive, they corrected a couple of issues for us very quickly. Overall we had a terrific stay, with convenient access to the seawall and the strand. ”

“We had an amazing stay! The layout was perfect for our group of four small families - much bigger than expected. The first floor has two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room. Upstairs, there are two separate apartments with their own bedrooms, living rooms, and kitchens. The kitchen was well-stocked, so cooking was easy. A great bonus: the first floor is very soundproof, which was perfect for our anxious dog during fireworks. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the beach—and the hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this property for large groups or families looking for comfort, convenience, and a great beachside stay!”

“The house is located in a perfect location where we can access all the fun activities within walking distance. The house was clean and matches the photos. I suggest the bathrooms can be much better. They are clean but very old. Otherwise, the house is really clean and comfortable.”

“First off, this home was absolutely everything I thought it would be. The setup was perfect, and I loved how it had individual suites inside—it worked out wonderfully for my family. The location was also amazing, only a 5–6 minute walk to the beach, which was so convenient since we didn’t have to drive anywhere. That said, there were a few minor issues worth noting. Some of the washers and dryers weren’t working, and a few of the door handles were loose which made it difficult for doors to shut properly. There was also a vent between the downstairs master bedroom and the bathroom that could use more protection—unfortunately, my daughter cut her toe on it. The refrigerator upstairs in one of the suites wasn’t cooling, and one of the upstairs showers was leaking while the tub portion wasn’t draining. Overall, though, the house was beautiful, the layout was great, and we truly enjoyed our stay. With a few repairs, this home would be beyond perfect!”

“This place was centrally located and was in a nice quiet neighborhood. We had an issue getting in but they responded quickly and got us access. The place overall was was described except the room with the trundle beds was odd because the room behind it (with the balcony) had the door closed and wouldn’t let us open it so in order to leave the room, you’d have to go through the other room- wouldn’t work too well for privacy. The window units to cool the home were extremely loud too, so light sleepers should stay out of those rooms. Unfortunately, the kitchen and downstairs bedroom came with some bonus critters that we weren’t too excited about, but we let the host know and they appreciated it. Overall, I think this was a nice place and the location was great. It definitely accommodates a large amount of people.”

“The property is very cute and very well-located. The host is responsive, and it is a family-friendly property, equipped with equipment for a baby. However, when we arrived after 4:00 pm, the cleaners had not been there to clean up from the prior guests. We don't know whose mistake that was, but it definitely made it impossible for us to follow through with our plans for that day. Once we contacted the landlord, the cleaners arrived fairly quickly and did a good job.”
