“Very unique home just as the listing states. The deck was an great place to hang out and had an awesome view of the ocean. We were able to watch both the sunrise and sunset from not only the deck but on the couch inside. The beach was beautiful, clean, and very quiet. Jessica kept in touch and always answered any questions we had almost immediately. We had a wonderful time and we will be back.”

“We had a great stay. It was perfect for a family of 5. The beach was walking distance, there is a store and food truck across the street. Lots of games board games in the home, enough towels for every occupant. Beds were comfortable. Jessica was very responsive. It’s been a week since we came back and I can’t remember if we had anything to complain about. Overall it was great.”

There are no dressers and only one room has a small closet which was not a problem for our short stay but if we were planning on staying any longer it would be difficult not being able to unpack and store clothes. The floors are currently damaged and need replaced on the first floor.”

“At first this place was a little out of budget for my group and I, however, we didn't regret booking with Jessica and this beautiful beach house. It stood out, it was unique, super duper walkable, and very private for you and your party. The beach doesn't clutter with one-day visitors with protective cops being active on sight. Jessica was super responsive and nice! I did/may have asked some annoying questions but she took it with grace and answered everything for my group and I. Kept sending reminders which was super helpful! Thank you for this amazing stay! Can't wait to be back!”

“The location of this house is absolutely perfect. Great access to the beach and plenty of parking. The deck was perfect for our gathering. The flooring in the kitchen/living room and bathroom were coming up and had been taped down at one point. Small rug was put over it but we kept tripping on it. Every dish in the cabinet was dirty and had to be rewashed before using, which we would do anyways but there shouldn't have been left over food on them to begin with. Other than that the house was perfect and we would stay there again. ”

“Fantastic location on Jamaica Beach. You can easily access the beach. You can view the water from the house. The house was a great space inside and out for hanging out. The floors need repair. It does not show these needed repairs in the photos. The interior could use a fresh paint job but not terrible. Check in was easy and the property mgr was easy to communicate with. ”

Shortage on pots pans and serving bowls no cookie sheet. Was clean and cute owner manager was easy to reach! Pics shoed a hot tub but there wasnt one.”

“It was nice. Liked the space 2 king bed rooms for 2 adults and gueen room for 1 or 2 teenagers or a young adult. Upstairs for the kids.With a up stairs and down stairs bathroom. Really big deck, kids can play and you can see them from the living room. Love the deck and the underneath was really cool from the sun. Right at the beach.”
