“My family and I absolutely loved our stay in the gorgeous canal home we fished off the deck and caught a few good fish and some crabs. We made our way to the beach only a few minutes away and the beach was beautiful and clean. We are already looking forward to our next stay.”

“The Hook, Wine and Sinker house in Surfside was amazing. It's a large place with lots of room. A few minor renovation fixes are still needed, but these won't impact your vacation. We'd stay here again and we loved the place.”

“Everything was amazing and spot on. The only suggestion I would have is to have Tvs in the bedrooms and maybe ceiling fans or a stand up fan but that's a personal preference. Possibly maybe a crib for babies. As I stated everything was amazing and beautiful. I will definitely book with her again.”

“This was a last minute booking for my crew, Jessica and her team accepted our stay and helped us check in all with in the same hour. The home has been recently upgraded and it’s absolutely beautiful! The home was extremely spacious and accommodated our group of 15 perfectly. We hope to be welcomed back during our future beach trips!”

“We frequent Surfside and love the area. This home is located in a very quiet, beautiful canal neighborhood. Our host was responsive and helpful throughout the trip, however we personally would not book this home again. Upon arrival the house was dirty, and the towels were left in the washer. There was still trash from previous tenants, the drawers were dirty, and there was hair in all the bathrooms. The cleaning company left clean, unused mop water out that smelled like bleach, so I feel like they just ran out of time to clean. The AC didn’t work in the bunkbed room. However, the house was beautiful and previously updated. There was a pretty bad leak underneath the home, but it didn’t put a damper into our trip and our host offered to send someone out to look at it. Overall, we enjoyed our stay after cleaning up a little bit and letting our host know their cleaning company didn’t clean.”

“Great location beautiful set up. Had a few issues with stay but were only there one night. The lights in upstairs bathroom didn’t work, there was a pile of dog poo by back door, old coffee from who knows how long ago still in coffee maker. Bed downstairs wasn’t secured together(like bolts just put in not secured to anything) , tools were left out from renovations upstairs. And the pool table was broken. We got there 40 minutes after check in and cleaners were still there had to wait an additional 20 minutes to get into house. But on the good side there’s a beautiful view. Small trout jumping all over in the canal. The bathroom up stairs is beautiful!! The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook, Very spacious has lots of potential I think we just came at a bad time for hosts as it seemed not prepared for our arrival.”
