“Had a wonderful stay. Was very nice and clean. Love the neighborhood. Lots of beds. It was too cool to swim but has a great looking pool. Would be fantastic in summer. Make sure you bring an extra blanket. The bedding is nice but very lightweight. There were some lose boards on the back deck rails which would be very concerning if we had brought small children with us. Had everything we needed but we did mostly eat out while we were there. Usually stay at homes that the kitchens are better stocked with cookware and spices. But was definitely not a huge problem All in all I would definitely recommend this home (Just bring a blanket ). This home had lots of beds for the family and the pool is beautiful. And the location is perfect.”

“The beach house was perfect for our needs! Everything was tidy and clean upon arrival. The kids were able to have their own ‘hideout’ downstairs. The beds were super comfy. The pool was a bit chilly so it wasn’t really used.”

“We had a great time . It was just too short . But all the negative reviews are misleading it is a BEACH HOUSE and being from south Padre Island it is just that the only bad thing is the downstairs bedroom was very humid and hot the a/c only cools the sitting area so we had to purchase two fans . And it didn’t really explain it was downstairs in the description but other than that it was fine . There was a leak I. The ceiling that we reported and he responded to it and I’m sure it was fixed after we left .”

“The property was amazing for my family. The pool was everything! We grilled almost every night and the fire pit was perfect for s’mores. We were able to purchase fire wood from the gas station around the corner. If you need anything Walmart will deliver if you don’t want to drive and Dollar General is only 4 minutes away. The only downsides were no tv in one of bedrooms on the main floor and the amount of oven safe pans were scarce. If you have a big family this is the property for you!”

The house was clean and well stocked with all of the essentials. The checkin process was super easy and everything was well communicated. We all had a great time and would definitely stay here again. ”

“Very easy booking process, the property is very close to the beach it’s about a couple blocks away…very nice large pool, they provided towels, my favorite part was the outdoor fire pit they do not provide fire logs make sure to take your own logs if you are planning on using it also if you are going to do any cooking make sure to take your own seasonings they only had pepper and onion powder… all and all it was a great stay. ”

“Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful. Those are my words for this R&R week. Sam’s place is so cute with lots of room. Everything was clean and tidy when we arrived. Everything is so well thought out. The backyard was a big hit with a lovely pool and great fire pit. Our fur grand babies loved the fenced yard to play around in. The laundry facilities downstairs was a great plus! The beach is a nice walk (about 10 minutes or so) lots of fun shelling and fishing. Sam is a very receptive communicator. We had a little hiccup while we were there which he resolved in less than 1 hr. He answers messages within 10 minutes and is very friendly and helpful We had a great time and will be back soon again”
