“Overall the stay was good. The main things that knocked down the rating was the lack of high speed internet and the lack of salt a pepper. I don’t expect a location to be stocked with spices but we really shouldn’t have to go and buy salt and pepper. Also, there was supposed to be 15 adults and the lack of coffee cups was annoying. Thankfully our whole party didn’t show up. The place was clean and a good place to hang out. The tv only sort of worked because the internet was slow. It was 5mb/sec at a good time. Plus they gave us the wrong network name and password. My kids were able to figure it out but we messaged them and it took 9 hours for them to respond as what to do. Enjoyed playing their uno card game. The stairs were narrow.”

“We stayed at this Airbnb for a friend’s wedding, and it was the perfect home base for the weekend. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The hosts were communicative and made check-in super easy, which was a huge plus after a long drive. The location was great—close enough to the wedding venue while still feeling private and relaxing. The beds were comfortable, and the common areas were perfect for gathering with friends before and after the events. It was nice having a kitchen to prep some quick meals, and the outdoor space was a nice bonus. Overall, a great experience! I’d definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the area. Would love to book again if we’re ever back!”

“Great location, decent home, excellent communication but the property could use some maintenance.”

“The location was easy to get to and check in instructions were clear. The backyard view is the marina only. The house is in need of maintenance and TLC. It definitely gives the year around large family rental vibe with its used condition. The cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms have significant paint chips, the walls are dirty and the towels ripped and stained. Chris was responsive and had his team bring new towels out to the house. Some of the dishes felt and looked dirty. The dishwasher did not work initially even though we tried to problem solve on our own. Chris was a little slow to respond I assume because we were only in town for 5 nights. Eventually we were able to get the dishwasher to work. On a good note, beds were comfortable.”

“Checking in to Chris’s place was super easy as well as finding the property. First thing we noticed when walking in was all of the damage to paint in kitchen specifically. Large scuffs on bathroom walls as well as broken blinds, and scuffs in large garage renovated room. Overall place was mostly clean other than baseboards/floors. House is beautiful and plenty of room for everyone. Our biggest concern is there is no service, so we relied heavily on wifi. From the start of our trip we had no wifi & the host never remedied this issue. As well as needing all dishes washed, yet the dishwasher would not turn on or work at all. We communicated this early on in our stay, but it was never remedied. I would recommend staying here for a fun getaway but not if you have any type of important event, or any work to do specifically needing wif/service.”

“House was big with plenty of room. But there were no potholders or dish towels or rags. The trash cans were overfilled and I let him know immediately. He asked for pictures. Nothing was done and animals got in it resulting in a mess we had to clean up. The internet info was wrong and we spent needless time working on it. I requested help which we didn’t get. He never explained it, but my son in law figured it out. Also, there were safety concerns with exposed wires and an interior door that could be dead bolted from outside. Also, concrete flooring under bunk beds with short top rails. Fine for groups w bigger kids but not for littles.”
